They are really awful.we bought a dress Monday evening a little bit before to close the stores and…read moreTuesday in the morning we went to return it because we found some dirty spots and some other defects etc.we asked for refund or a new dress and they told us that they will clean that.a new dress that we payed 500€ and he told he will clean?!?!?he didn't want to give the money and he didn't also want from us to buy something new .just awful....and normally you have the right to return a product 14 days,he abused that it was sale season .from 520€ we bought it for 500€!huge sale...and he said to give it to us with this 20€ less because normally it was not to the sale dress this specific....he've done all on purpose...never again...
