I understand there's some construction going on within the store but I spoke to two other employees who were both professional and helpful prior to speaking with this woman. I was told since this store is contracted with vendors who offer vouchers they'll work with me to accommodate my needs while under construction. The gentleman & the other woman I spoke with explained since there are vouchers involved we simply needed to call with the vendor information to get the correct uniforms & schedule a pick up. The unprofessional woman who answered the third time around said the store was closed & no one could help me. I proceeded to explain what' I was told previously regarding the vouchers, she laughed & said no one was there to help & hung up on me. I called back asked her name, she refused. I asked to leave my phone number to speak with the manager or owner, she pretended to write it down, I asked her to repeat my number & she couldn't. Very poor service. I'm writing this review solely for the owner/manager to know what type of employee they have representing them. Maybe she's a young kid but still she should learn proper customer service skills. I'm hopeful the issue I'm having can be resolved ASAP.

This was one of the worst wholesale purchases I have ever made…read more The listing was advertised as a hoodie bale, but the shipment contained mostly pants and T-shirts, with only two hoodies included. The description was misleading from the start. The condition of the clothing was absolutely disgusting. I found pants with what appeared to be menstrual stains, urine stains, and even fecal contamination. These items were not suitable for resale, donation, or personal use. No customer should ever receive clothing in this condition. I personally took the clothing to a donation center, and they refused to accept it because of its condition. Not a single item was clean enough to keep, resell, or donate. Every piece was dirty, stained, damaged, or unsanitary. Who are these clothes intended for? These items belong in the trash, not in a wholesale bale sold to paying customers. To make matters worse, after I contacted the company and complained about the condition of the merchandise, I was blocked instead of being offered a solution, replacement, or refund. I wasted my money, my time, and transportation costs picking up and dealing with these items. I cannot recommend this supplier to anyone and will never purchase from them again.
