Our prior experience had left us with an unfinished job that didn't meet our expectations. We did not know if our expectations had been unrealistic. Guess what, they weren't!!! Extreme Exteriors came in and completely redid our 1550 sq ft patio for a very fair price, built us a deck and regraded our lawn and seeded. When we originally hired them it was to redo the patio which they discovered had an insufficient base by the other contractor. They quickly came in, pulled up the pavers and the base, redid the base, relaid the pavers in a beautiful pattern and then finished it. It's beautiful!!!! And they were done in two weeks with a deck added!! Because of how nice it looked, the speed of delivery and the professionalism of the owner and his team, we then asked that they quote redoing our lawn, doing a concrete pad for a swim spa and some additional finishing items. 4 weeks and our entire lawn and patio is complete and usable. We are just waiting for the grass to grow. We are now asking them for help with selecting plants and trees. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them. They are trustworthy, hardworking and knowledgeable. I would joke to my husband about there being 5 guys here and each time I looked out the window they were each actively working!!! My family hired Createscape for a simple job at my home: drop off topsoil in a designated spot in the yard. The location was confirmed in email correspondence the office manager drew up. Createscape's employee failed to follow directions and dropped the topsoil in the opposite side of the front yard, creating unnecessary disturbance to an area that was just fine as it is. Rather than take accountability for the error, the office manager initially stated there was nothing more that could be done. Eventually, she agreed to have the worker come out and move the topsoil to the appropriate spot in the yard. In doing so, the worker completely ripped up the grass. While she did state this could happen, one would think, given the extent of damage, they would do the right thing and at least place seed in the impacted area to take steps toward bringing it back to its original condition -- which, again, I must reiterate, was perfect as it was. Nope! I'm shocked at the office manager's cavalier attitude, unwillingness to take accountability and troubleshoot and demonstration of atrociously poor customer service. I'm quite surprised she's in the position she's in. I will be in need of landscaping services in the next several years. Needless to say, I will not be contacting this company again and will be looking elsewhere. Anyone in the market for landscaping work, beware: If Createscape does not complete a job to the originally agreed upon specifications, odds are they will not correct the problem.
