I called and we spoke and he provided details of his representation and felt he is knowledgeable in his field. Long story short I lost the Trial by mail but succeeded by trial in court. I was informed that the officer was fresh out of the Academy and made a rookie mistake and David Leicht capitalized on the mistake. My check was refunded back to me by the Superior Court of California County of San Bernardino in the month of May 2017 but today I was informed by the Superior Court of California County of San Bernardino that I have a Notice of Failure To Pay and is past due and that the Court may impose a Civil Assessment in the amount of up to $300. I've read that these days, citing officers show up to court much more often than before when subpoenaed due to some new policies. So having a good lawyer is a must. Trudi, David Leicht's office manager, is very friendly and communicates with Mr. Leicht's clients every step of the way. He came through for me and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs it. 10/10
