This shop does not even deserve 1 star. They gave us the run around for about 2 weeks- on a DAILY…read morebasis they would tell us our car was ready to be picked up and when we would get there to get it, they would say it's not ready, be tomorrow. Finally when it was ready to be picked up they didn't even call, the owner told me it was after I messaged him to see what the issue was. We go to get it and immediately upon cranking it up it starts smoking. When we confronted the guy about it, he said "that's what you get for buying a shitty car". Mind you, he thought it was the coolest car when we brought it to him. My husband didn't even make it home with it because his turbo was not producing power. We had to get it towed to another shop who was able to diagnose the turbo. Long story short- a result of their improper mechanic work. We asked them to make things right and they refused. They wouldn't even refund us the money we paid them. So we paid them $800 ish dollars and they gave us $6k in damages. They destroyed the turbo and we have to get it replaced. I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the shop wouldn't even respond to them. Terrible character. We will never use this shop again, be aware if you have to.

We had to wait for your driver to go home and shower before he could take the truck to my brothers house, and insisted my brother was "a rude asshole" to him. Nobody who got in a wreck as bad as his, is ever going to be in a good mood. Then my mother called the business phone number to speak to a manager, and got you, the heinous owner instead. And you called my mother derrogative and explicit names when she was asking you questions. I do not appreciate you calling my mother a "lunatic whore" or a "lunatic slut." I promise you would be upset if someone spoke to your mother, or any member of your family, the way you spoke to mine. I will scream to high heavens how low life you AND your employees are, and tell them every single reason why they should never do business with you. Clearly YOU NEED JESUS.

He messaged me at 3 AM saying he could help with my turbo car and claimed he had experience. I waited literally all day, and he kept saying "sorry I'm late" and "I'm enroute," but every time I asked for a real ETA, he ignored my messages. He NEVER showed up at the time he said he would. Not once. When I told him the timing wouldn't work anymore, he suddenly tried to charge me a $72 cancellation fee, even though he never mentioned ANY fee beforehand and it's nowhere listed on his Yelp page, despite him claiming it was. Straight-up lies. Major red flag: when I asked for a proper payment method, he said he was "between card reader companies" and could only take cash or CashApp. That alone screams scam. Then it gets even sketchier: He blocked me, then called me from a completely different number pretending he "didn't know what happened" and "didn't know how to block or unblock anyone." At that point it was obvious what was going on. Full scammer behavior. Even after I said clearly I do NOT want the service and DO NOT come to my address, he kept trying to say he was still on the way. Completely ignores boundaries and is very unprofessional.
