They're quick to blame the customer for any shortcomings in their products or service. Fun fact they say they have a 30% restocking fee for products that do not work as expected, despite the invoice stating it's 25%. The mower sat up for a bit and I went to another shop and was told to buy a new one. I stumbled into them because they were on the way home and I'm glad I did! They told me to leave it and they will clean it up real good and change out the carburetor. Runs fantastic and very fair price. I'll be going back for sure and they sell four wheelers too which was cool. Friendly guys and don't make you feel idiot when you know nothing about mowers.
