Birthdays, funerals, hospitals, congratulatory, just because -- it's all been amazing. I even ordered all of my wedding flowers from here. I have a more detailed review below, but I'm telling you, this place is hands-down the best place for flowers. I've since moved to Indy and I miss Vice's terribly. PRICE: $$ Their arrangements are dense, beautiful, and healthy. You can get a knock-out fresh floral arrangement for as low as $20 and if you're needing to pinch those pennies, you can get a wonderful fresh floral arrangement in a basket for $15. Delivery fee is only $5 when you call. They waive delivery fees to hospitals and funeral homes. I've attached a photo of a $50 arrangement I sent my husband's grandmother when she was in the hospital. This same arrangement anywhere else is easily $80+. I've also attached a photo of a $40 arrangement. The photo is terrible but the arrangement is large and impressive! BEST WAY TO ORDER: PHONE I highly recommend calling to place orders instead of using their website since it's a FlowerShopNetwork.com site. This a web service that most local florists use to help reach online demands but it absolutely does not accurately showcase the talents of Vice's. CUSTOMER SERVICE Incredible! The folks at Vice's knew me so well at one point that they would let me call and place flower orders and just invoice me later. This is truly a small-town feel with big city quality. If you go in to pick up your order, they give you a free carnation! I love that!

Vice's Floral is in a bit of a dicier area of town, so I had somewhat low expectations on my first visit to Vice's Floral, but I was desperate for some last minute flowers on Mother's Day. I ended up being surprised by the quality and selection of flowers that Vice's Floral offered. I think at any floral store, you can end up paying a hefty penny for the bouquets that are already pre-arranged. Also, I'm not a traditionalist and love to design my own bouquets, so each of the times I've been to Vice's, they've been extremely accommodating in letting me check out their storage in the back and pick my flowers individually. I don't know of ANY other place that allows the customers to go into their back storage room and choose their own flowers. I tell them my price point and it always seems like I walk out with a hell of a deal on flowers. I've never spent more than $30 for a gorgeous bouquet with a great selection, and then I just arrange the bouquet at home. The other things I love about Vice's Floral is the little store pug, Maggie? She's just the cutest little old lady dog and very friendly! Also, every time when I'm checking out, one of the owners always comes and gives me a little carnation or some sort of cute flower! It definitely makes my day, and I really appreciate the level of customer service and quality of flowers that I've received from Vice's Marion Floral. This should be your FIRST place to stop if you're in town and needing flowers!

I needed 7 boutonnieres, along with two bridesmaid bouquets and a bridal bouquet for myself. I went in and met with Don and had a great meeting as far as ideas & inspiration. His passion for his work is so obvious when speaking with him! I had asked for my wedding bouquet to be more of an overflowing/cascading spring style, and needless to say, Kelly's definitely delivered . I appreciated Don's thoroughness with getting the bouquet right, as he personally called me and had me visit the shop a few days prior to check on everything he had made for the wedding. I thought his prices were pretty reasonable and overall, was very, very satisfied! Couldn't recommend Kellys Florist enough and I'm so glad I chose them for the wedding.
