However, 2 people who came after me got right in! I finally spoke to the receptionist who said, "You have not been forgotten." Great, they know I'm here and and yet I am still waiting. I have only 1 hour for this dental appt and have been waiting for 1/2 of that. In my business, punctuality matters. My client's time matters. I am now looking for a new dentist.

Since I was leaving on Sunday I needed to be seen right away or spend the next several days in PAIN! Called Baldwin Family Dental and they also told me they had no openings. I explained my situation and the staff worked so hard to fit me in First thing Friday morning. When I arrived at the office I found everyone to be so welcoming, friending and caring. They all seemed to know about my pain before I said a thing. They got me right in and the dentist was the best. He took such good care of me and I am now pain free. I wish I could have him as my full time dentist. I come to Logan a couple times a year and plan to try to see them when I come up. We happened to go to El Comal Salvadoreño and Dr Gunnell came in to have lunch with his mother. His 1st time there, He turned to our group to see what we could recommend, and that's all it took. Before we even told him my Mom's name he was into her mouth and checking her problem. He made an appointment on the spot for her to be seen. What wonderful Dentist, but especially what a wonderful human being! He restore my faith in good Doctors. I will go to him from now on.
