He was very attentive to my brother's case, which was driving an unregistered car without insurance, with an expired license and with someone else's tabs on the plates. My brother had just graduated college the week this all happened and planned to move out of the state in a month or two. We were VERY worried this traffic violation would seriously mess up his plans to move and also drown him in fines. Mr. Rice had an initial, free consultation with my brother. Once we decided to use his services we signed a retainer agreement and paid. From then on, he and my brother emailed back and forth regarding the case. I don't believe they met in person again, but Mr. Rice emailed back almost immediately every time and always answered his phone calls. He kept us informed on what we could expect and what his goals were for the case. Court day: Mr. Rice showed up early, confident and ready. Other lawyers that day did not even show up on time. Thanks to Mr. Rice, my brother's outcome was exactly what we had hoped for. He made us feel like we really had someone smart and dedicated on our side. To speak more casually: Overall, Eric Rice was a badass. Hire him. Even the prosecutor said to my brother "you have a hell of a lawyer."

I called the office, indicated my needs, and stated that I would like to work with Attorney Rory Morse, if possible. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Client Services Director Meg DeFrance. Meg is charming, and she is an absolute delight to work with. She and I spent a lot of time on the phone, asking and answering questions; and she familiarized me with the way in which Stone Arch handles estate planning. Meg was extremely helpful, and I went to my initial meeting with Rory feeling very well-prepared. The Stone Arch website states: "It is Meg's mission to make sure every client has an exceptional experience!" Meg, without a doubt, does that - and then some! Upon meeting with Rory, I knew almost immediately that I had selected the right attorney! Rory is perceptive, approachable, down to earth, and knowledgeable; and he effectively combines those qualities with a strong sense of professionalism. Rory is thorough to a fault, and he is clearly an expert in his field. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with him. A review of Stone Arch would not be complete without giving a "hats off" to Legal Assistant Kat Gehrke, who works in the front office. Kat answered the phone the second time I called, and I immediately felt like I was talking to an old friend. Kat is warm, upbeat, and accommodating, and I believe she is in a perfect position to make new or prospective clients feel very much at home as she welcomes them to the office. I can't imagine working with an estate planning firm other than Stone Arch Law Office. The office really is the complete package, and if you're thinking about creating a will or a trust, about making sure your future heirs and assets are protected, and/or about delving into any other areas of estate planning, I strongly recommend you contact Stone Arch before going any further. I am absolutely sure you'll be glad that you did!
