Great selection of quality leather couches…read more Bought a great couch set from them over 15 years ago. After years of heavy wear, it was time for replacement. Shopped extensively everywhere for a new and improved model, but found nothing that I liked more than my old set. Journeyed from out of state to their store and with the help of Mike Allen, reordered the identical custom leather couch set from 15 years past. Delivery for the beautiful new custom set took a very long time. To be expected after Mike went to the above and beyond extreme. He negotiated to have the Leather and More leather manufactured and embossed by them and shipped to another leather Canadian manufacturer (as my old couch was no longer being made by the old manufacturer). The new manufacturer made the couch with the shipped leather (as they didn't have the old style leather) and shipped the couch back to Leather and More and everything was finally shipped to me! Mike understood I really would not be satisfied with anything else, and made it happen. How often is service like this delivered? Upon disposal of my old couch, I removed some of the old leather from the old couch (as some of it was still in excellent shape and identical to my new leather) for potential repairs in the future. Once again it was confirmed that these sets are extremely well made. Viewing the construction interior and the leather placement set aside any possible concerns of an inferior product. The selection at Leather and More varies in price point. If you have interest in a variety of options, from standard to custom, I highly recommend you give them a look.

We placed an order for a bedroom set and home office. After the deposit was placed, they tried to increase the cost by $850 due to their own oversight. I even caught them trying to profit off me for their own mistake. After multiple delays, no inspection process from Amish Oak, a horrible delivery experience and lack of communication throughout. We ended up keeping the bedroom set returning the whole home office. This company is horrible and I recommend going anywhere else. I have all the pictures, emails, and paperwork to prove all these claims.

Buffet was great, BUT the dining room table was not level and you could see the seams which were not even. They picked up the table and we waited 3 months for a new one. My husband kept emailing Nikol and finally she was like, wait-you dont have a table? Got the second table and now the color of the two pieces do NOT match plus it is chipped. We have been emailing with Nikol for over a month and NO solution has been made. I feel like I am begging for a quality piece that matches. I am hoping that the owner helps fix this issue because we spent thousands to have poor quality and not matching items inside our dining room, it has been almost 10 months.
