I then returned to the store a month later to purchase a pillow. I paid 250.00 for the pillow that was promised to arrive at my house no later than 4 days from purchase. After 2 weeks, I am still patiently waiting for the pillow to arrive. I would not recommend this store.

Although reluctant to leave his conversation with her, he answered some of our questions. Returning to his conversation. I needed him again and I did ask if he was working a sale as I didn't want to bother him. He said he was. So I knew to leave him alone. They continued in conversation and he left us alone. My issue: I was in the market for an adjustable bed and possible mattress and I felt like I was bothering him. They were clearly just sitting and talking. I do appreciate that I was able to determine the bed I wanted by sitting and/or laying on it. It helped me form my opinion and I ordered online from WF. He may have blew the sale but I hope he accomplished what he wanted with her.

Who wants to buy a mattress without seeing it or feeling it? We purchased the queen sized top of the line double sided adjustable. I like softer, he likes firmer. Everything was fine ( the first hundred days) as time went on everything stopped working like it should. It doesn't self adjust, it doesn't help sleep as advertised. My husband tried everything and has been sleeping in the guest room. It's an awful purchase and we regret it so badly. It's so much money to put into a put that you are stuck with for a lifetime. I would NOT recommend this bed. It is literally an air mattress worth a meme on it. Foam and such on it. I have tried resetting it, turning it off and on, nothing. I am mad this morning because again I was up at 3:30 this morning resetting my sleep number from something high ( the app doesn't tell you the actual number but consistently tells your number ) so I have to reset it AGAIN manually. This happens a lot and I'm just angry and kicking myself in the butt for not doing better in picking a mattress. For the money I say NO do not purchase this mattress. Those first hundred days may go well, but for the rest of your life you may end up regretting it.

We received the mattress a week ago due to the Pandemic I let it air out in my room for a few days. Last night was my first night on the bed and I could night find the dual temp feature. I called in and spoke with a rep Brock who advised that dual temp is an add on item and the rep did not place it on the order. The rep gave me pricing and I advised that both my wife and I are healthcare workers and I am a disabled vet and the rep said I cannot give you a discount because I cannot see your ID, we told her the last rep did not see it either ?!?! She the transferred me to corporate case manager Jasmine (per Jasmine her boss is the CEO of Sleep Number) who reviewed temperature balancing properties but did not say it has dual temp pads. I told Jasmine as a layperson in the mattress buying we did not know the difference between properties and dual temp pads. Very misleading and now to ADD we are being told pricing for the bed is $1900.00, if we would've known this was extra cost on top of a bed the cost more than $7000.00 we would've thought a bit more. We were also informed today that the base is FINAl purchase which was not disclosed by previous rep when purchasing the bed. The 100 night guarantee is on the bed only. This should be disclosed ! Be careful and ensure you know exactly what you are buying
