I would not buy a car from this place unless you want to be harassed for them to buy a car back from you 15 years later. I don't even have the car anymore. THIS REVIEW IS FOR WEBB COLLISION REPAIR. after we got all the insurance stuff worked out we were able to drop our car off at a repair shop. we didn't have a specific reason why we chose webb collision repair but we are glad we did! once we dropped off our car they gave us alot of information and treated my wife like a person. during the week we received updates on the progress of our car. it took 5 business days to repair. we dropped off on a monday and early friday morning they called to tell my wife the car will be done close to 5pm. so my wife was able to plan accordingly. oh, and the completely detailed the exterior and interior of the car. thanks! my wife enjoyed her experience and did not have any trouble whatsoever. read more

Lemons to lemonade. Was passing through on trip on a Saturday. Check engine lite came on. Found the dealership they assessed the problem got us in and out. 4 miracles. 1. We found the right dealership. 2. They had parts in stock. 3. The service Mgr, Dalton, and warranty assistant working this day. 4. They got their team and were able to get us back on the road within a couple hours. Very impressed!!!! I'm from Texas originally and the service felt like "home town"service. That's hard to find these days. People willing to go the extra mile for people just passing through. Service so great I would definitely buy a vehicle from them. I went to Webb's Service Department yesterday to get my Cadillac repaired. A common issue with this particular model. The service writer told me it would be 3 or 4 days since I did not have an appointment. I just moved here from Florida and was hoping to establish somewhere I could depend on. My dealership in Fla. likes to schedule appointments as well, however, they have always been respondent to emergencies. The manner in which I was told 3 or 4 days said to me "We don't want your business." I ended up going to Advantage Dodge just down the street and they had me back on the road in 3 hours, (I didn't have an appointment there either.) I'll probably be getting a new vehicle in the next year and I doubt if it will be a Cadillac..... read more

This dealership is terrible. While the people are kind, they are refusing to pay for their mistake. Took in a Cadillac to be fixed and they made the problem much much worse. Then called me to tell me I have to pay for them ruining my car in the shop. I have talked to multiple people and they are not fixing anything unless I cough up the thousands it will take to get it done. They should be fixing it for free. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEIR SHOP!!!! read more

This is not a dealership you want to deal with. The sales manager, Matt Leo said I insulted him simply because I had researched the facts on the Internet. He couldn't back up his own arguments. Just simply said how the dealership can't survive with consideration of dealer hold backs in the pricing. Which is completely false. Toyota give 3% on the MSRP nationwide to their dealers. And there are many under the line bonus programs. I simply presented the facts and Matt started making comments about how I was insulting him. Very unprofessional and not friendly. He got irritated over the phone and was rude. I would not recommend working with them because obviously customer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary read more

Took my car in for repair, the staff was great especially Char she gave me information that I needed to know about my insurance and help me through the process. My car was fixed in the timely manner. When my car was finished it was washed and cleaned. They did a great and excellent job. read more

I called and spoke with Elijah about my complicated situation and he insisted that I needed to come in to discuss it with the manager James. I protested and just wanted to get as much done over the phone as possible but he was insistent. I drove with three small children, and a head cold two hours to them only to have them tell me James was not in that day. Another gentleman helped me for about 30 seconds before he told me there was really nothing they could do for my situation. I am so angry that I drove all the way down there when they could have told me this over the phone. I wouldn't waste your time on a this dealership, Hi Country Chevrolet was much nicer and more helpful over the phone. read more

Update - After I took my car to the other mechanic to get checked out, they found that the mechanics at Webb never plugged my alternator back in. So they sent me on my way with the alternator not properly plugged in and the other mechanic also found testing wires still attached to my battery, that were already beginning to melt. That is really scary my car could have caught on fire, and I could have been left stranded. Being a single mother, that is the very last thing I need. The mechanic in Kirtland said my alternator was fine. Once they hooked it up properly, it has stopped giving me problems. I am glad I got a second opinion and didn't buy a brand new alternator with Webb. I will say once I complained to their supervisor, Webb did refund me my diagnostics fee. Just save your money and time and find a mechanic you trust. Ask lots of people that will lead you to the right ones. read more

Beware of this dealership as well as it service department. Have had multiple issues with faulty repairs. The latest, will be last, resulting in loss of vehicle. The owner making harassing phone calls while at work. Then finding out that an unknown person along with the head of the service department and owner/president trespassed on private property and tamped with the vehicle. Which means going to have to involve the police now. The headaches and potential bodily harm that has came from this dealership is not worth it at all. Please be advised to stay away from this dealership and anyone associated with it. read more

I brought a state owned car for repairs quite a while ago. They hooked me up with a very nice courtesy car and helped me with getting things straight with my finance dept. They even went as far as making an airbag sensor adjustment at no charge, and went out of their way to get me some gas receipts out of the glove box that I needed for a monthly report. The repairs took a long time, but who cares?! They kept me on the road with a courtesy vehicle that far better than the state car. Great group. read more

I bought my truck brand new in July 2015. I have had it back to the dealership 3 times because the radio skips like an old record player and I have lost the radio, turn signals sounds, and backup camera twice now. I get a hot or burning plastic smell when it happens. All I get from the dealership is either "we can't duplicate the issue" (with the skipping) or for the complete loss of items, "GM is aware of the issue and is working on a fix." I am tired of the excuses. I bought my truck brand new and expect it to work. What's worse is I found out GM knew about the issue prior to me buying my truck but of course nobody mentioned that when I was buying it. read more

I took my 05' chevy Silverado in to have it serviced. All electrical components were working except for the gauges in the dash panels were not working. So I had the "cluster" replaced and program at a high price. The gauges in the dash panel are now working, but my dome light, parking lights, and half of the heater is not working and blowing out cool air when heater is on high. I took it back and talked to a service consultant in automotive. Told him of the problems and said they were working before and he immediately said it's not the mechanics fault! I was not saying that but was simply asking if they could double check the programing or why are the other components not working anymore when it was working before? The service consultant then continued to say they have to charge me again for a diagnostic check to find out the problem. He was not nice, not understanding, and rude. I feel like I should have took my vehicle elsewhere to have it repaired. I am now stuck with other components not working. I am not satisfied with the services at all. I am very unhappy and feel that I should take my business elsewhere from now on. read more
