Before purchasing,…read moreI confirmed timing several times and was told it would make it--I even paid rush shipping to be safe. Two days before the event, I called for status. I was told the sales team doesn't control production, the manufacturer only sends tracking "at night," and that it would "just show up." The next day, my rep was out sick; when I finally reached management, I was told the rep is new and had "dropped the ball" monitoring the order. At that point I was informed only 30 of the 80 could arrive in time--contrary to the assurances I was given at purchase. Management said they'd confirm with the factory and send tracking. No calls were returned and no tracking was provided the rest of the day. I understand supply chains and hiccups happen. What's not acceptable is over-promising, lack of transparency, and poor follow-through--especially after charging for rush shipping. If your event has a hard deadline, I recommend looking elsewhere or getting written confirmation with tracking before you pay.

If you have several thousand dollars burning a hole in your pocket, this is the place for you! Otherwise, please pass. This is nothing more than a glorified online dating service. You pay many thousands for a contractually agreed upon number of matches. The matches are supposed to be thoughtful and custom tuned for you. That was not my experience. I was not closely matched and worse, if you try to cancel the contract, this company shows it true colors. I went through a financial reversal while under contract where I desperately needed the money I was spending on this service to keep my home. The response from them was that if I failed to make monthly payments, they would sue me. Legally, they were in the clear, ethically they are a black hole. btw- several, maybe even most of the people I was matched up with were nice enough and probably great people, but there was no type of compatibility between us and I could have simply gotten a connection to them from so many other possibilities. I think this is a horrible company, run by ruthless people, operated under the guise of trying to help people when all they really want is to sucker you into a legally binding contract to get your money. Please, please do not use this service. Oh, one last thing- they also threaten legal action for revealing anything about the contract..
