I tried it on inside and easily made the choice bc there were only two left. This store has tons of cute items like shorts, t-shirts, sweaters, jeans, dresses, tanks, tops, shoes, jewelry, stickers, even cups and hats. They even had a super small sale section in an upstairs annex as well as a rack out on the sidewalk with items discounted. The following day - before we went for a hike and headed out of town - my friend and I walked by on our way to coffee and I saw the dress I had purchased not more than 24 hours before discounted by 20%. I grabbed it and took it inside and asked the gal behind the counter if I could get a price match since I had just bought the exact dress. She said when they have two items or less they do that... they had two when I bought mine. She said she'd have to ask the manager/owner and I said, "Please do". Fortunately, she was right around the corner and she came over and easily said, "Of course I'll do that" and they refunded me $25. She was so nice. She said she totally understood and she was going to wear the same dress to a wedding that weekend. So friendly, and such an easy thing to do. Highly recommend. I went into a few of the other shops while here and no one was as easygoing and friendly as this shop.

We shopped at other places, couldn't find what I wanted, so I came back after her lunch was up. We found a sweatshirt in small, my wife's usual size, brought it back home but it was small on her. The cost was $65.62 paid on my debit card. My wife called the store, told them about the size issue, she returned it and had to pay for the return. We checked after a few days and they had received the merchandise, waited some more time, but never saw a refund on our card. We called the manager a few times, asking about the refund, as usual they were very rude, and the third time told us that the owner was in Europe and she couldn't help us. We tried calling several times but they would just hang up, then stopped answering completely.. Frustrated we filled the claim with our bank, and immediately received the funds. One week later we received what looked like the same sweatshirt, with some red stickers, telling us that there were stains on the sweatshirt, and that they would be glad to exchange it if we sent back one without stains. I can't tell you how mad I was in words, because it wouldn't be G rated, but you know what I'm saying. The sweatshirt that was sent back, who knows if it's the same one, it didn't have tags, and the one we sent had all the tags. My theory is since we complained about the bad customer service from Carrie, and the person that answered one of our calls, Carrie was trying to get back at us by being a B, we tried calling again, and as usual it rings and goes to a busy signal, they know our numbers, so they don't answer. I called my bank again so that they would know the what had transpired, they made notations on our account. Now, I say to you, if your ever in Ouray, do NOT buy at this place, don't even bother, you will regret it as I have. Thi is by far the worst customer service and experience I've ever encountered, DO NOT BUY at this store.

I am an outdoorsman, but these days I reside in warmer climes. A chance encounter at a roadside coffee joint revealed that my choice of outerwear was sorely behind the times. My partner was outfitted in Voormi gear, head to toe, and was the apple of the barista's eye. Curious to understand this phenomenon, we stopped by their flagship store after fishing, so that he could show me what the fuss was all about. Holy Toledo. I haven't seen this kind of advancement in textiles in 30 years. Their products are exceptional. Their website boasts Forbes and Fortune magazine endorsements. Tales of Everest mountaineers & local climbers alike, testing their gear, and getting it modified here in the local store are exchanged . This is something I want to be a part of. When I got to the store a woman was working and when I went to give her my application, she actually had the audacity to THROW it back at me amd say they weren't hiring! I continued down main street and stopped at pollux and the woman inside that store told me I should apply at hypoxia because they were hiring! I was shocked to hear that after the horrible way I was treated when bringing in my resume. Every other place I've ever applied at has at least taken my resume to be polite.
