Not all places would be so understanding and accommodating - excellent customer service! She made sure we knew how to get to the place we planned to snow tube at, and was just so helpful in general. Took it in for an annual tune-up. They forgot to tighten the lock bolt for the front axle - it was barely hand tight. That could have been a hazard. I fixed it. We got well fitting life vests for my 6 and 7 year old. I do have a couple recommendations. I am not the smallest human being on the plant nor am I the biggest. The XL tube is 100% needed for us fluffy folks. I took an XL down the second half of our float and was in heaven. Prior to the XL I was in a double with my 7 year old. That 100% was NOT a party. I could not get down in the tube low enough for it to be comfortable. Also, the river wasn't high so we bottomed out every 2.5 seconds. It make for a workout. Next time I would get myself an XL tube and my kid a regular size tube and link together. We got in at Riff Raff on the Rio and got out at Yamaguchi. We bungy corded the double tubes to the top of our van and but the single inside. It was an adventure we will not soon forget!
