After receiving a quote I asked them in a email for proof in writing of being licensed, bonded and insured just like it's written on their trucks and they told me they would be more than willing to pass any information that is needed to the approved authorities and that all their credentials are public knowledge. They wouldn't tell me who these approved authorities are. I had no water for a month and no time to play a game called Find My Credentials! I'm sure they are a reputable competent plumbing company but if they're going to proudly advertise being licensed, bonded and insured they'd better have the proof to back it up. I didn't hire them.
