I wanted the 600 sq ft crawl space concrete pad sealed over with a poly liner but the pad is…read moredivided in half by a 6" concrete base for a 2x4 supporting wall. I was assured that sealing the poly liner against the little concrete wall was not an issue. The liners were laid down. One half was ok, loose but ok. The other side was laid well for part of it but then about 1/2 way down it twists and starts to bunch up. Adhesive used to seal the poly liner to the concrete base for the supporting wall failed after 2 weeks thus defeating the whole purpose of having a sealed off floor. For 2 1/2 months now, I have tried to address this issue with the owner by emailing and calling. He has not bothered to respond. I am not impressed by the workmanship nor the integrity of this Kelowna company.

We have waited to see if the work performed would stand up to what was promised. The whole experience was a bit of a nightmare, not only with the very poor work that was done but also dealing with the belligerent owner! To this day, what was promised is still a mess. The patching work all crumbled and we are left with gaping holes and the sealing is a mess. This was a waste of $7400. Don't believe the empty promises. If I could leave a zero star I would.
