My husband was in a car accident a few weeks ago and we were recommended by my insurance to go to Jerry. We gave him all the information he needed and he said he was going to send my husband to a doctor for his injures. But after that we didn't hear from him. Two weeks went by and my husband gave him a call to see where he was at with his case. Then we get an email from Mauricio tell us they will no longer go with our case because of how long we seek to get medical help when clearly Jerry told us he was gonna get back to us to go see a doctor and he never did! I suggest people do a good research for accident lawyer!

Gina, will add stress to an already stressful situation. During my DVRO case Gina was unorganized…read moreand is not technology savvy at all. Communication was terrible whether it was through text, email or even a phone call it was hardly effective, I would continuously need to repeat myself or find court documents that she would misplace. I did not feel confident while in court before the Judge as Gina was unable to communicate key points and concerns in my case that I wanted the court reporter to make record of. On my court date when the Judge asked for evidence to back up my allegations Gina literally choked and could not find the proof that was provided to her and needed in that moment due to her disorganization, it was extremely embarrassing to say the least. I had also requested for her to open a "Paternity action" as it was a time sensitive matter, a month after my request she tells me she can not find the email I sent her in regards to that Paternity action and if I could resend in a new email thread. Per her request, I did just that and shortly after I reached out to Gina to confirm she received it but had no response. I did not hear from Gina for over a stretch of 6 days, and when I finally did hear from Gina she began to tell me all about another client who was pregnant and was put in jail by her boyfriend and had to help her get her kids, because the boyfriend took the kids and so on and so on. At this point I was bothered, I did not find her "explanation" professional at all, her other clients are not my business. Additionally, her lack of communication, attention to detail and sense of urgency for my case was my concern. So as I began to express that to her, she abruptly decided to quit on me. Truly the most unreliable attorney I have come across. That saying "You get what you pay for" That would be the definition of Gina! She was a referral from a good friend, had I known she would cause me additional anxiety to just turn around and quit I would have paid the extra cash to someone else. She is a "nice lady", but for an attorney she was not on point. Peace of mind and confidence knowing the attorney representing you is sharp is priceless!

She asked which city I live in and she litetally repeated the question 4 or 5 times to get it right. Even gave her the zipcode so she can look it up. Bad impression. During this 10 minutes call, she asked for DOB and other personal data and after I gave her the answers, she said "uh huh" for about 3 times. Totally not professionalism. Lastly she gave me a scheduled time to speak with an attorney for consultation of my potential WC and she specifically mentioned on the phone that I will need to call the office on that scheduled date and time. Are you kidding? My apologies to the attorneys in this office. I don't think I will be calling your office as that consultation was scheduled.
