Not only I got my head bit off, bathtub is still clogged and now there's a souvenir compliments of Christian Brothers stuck in my plumbing ‍. If this is how you treat your customers. We've trusted American Electrical with every electrical project in our home for the past four…read moreyears. While they may be expensive, you get what you pay for: exceptional workmanship, reliability, professionalism, and honesty. Connor and Andrew were our technicians on this visit, and they were outstanding. We received a courtesy call when they were on their way, they arrived on time, and immediately got to work. Connor and Andrew explained the issue with our outlets, answered all of our questions, and even showed us how we could test the outlets ourselves in the future using an inexpensive tester from Home Depot or Lowe's. We really appreciated them taking the time to share that knowledge instead of simply completing the repair and leaving. Great customer service and quality work!

I recently noticed a area in my yard was not getting proper watering and went out to look at it so…read more looking at it, I had noticed they poured concrete for the Post to hold the gate and it was up against the sprinkler head, so I was able to remove two chunks that were up against the sprinkler head and then turned the irrigation on and it was not rotating properly so I called them up to take care of it for me ( to clean up the concrete that they poured right next to the sprinkler head and fix it ) So a guy came out, took a look at it took pictures made notes and said he would get back with me. Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do. Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !
