That's the worst. Not here! The employees at this store know what they are talking about. They have hiked, skied, snowboarded, backpacked, camped, kayaked , canoed, you name it. Not only have they done it all, they are excited to help you find the right kind of gear to help you do it all. The store is very well stocked with everything you could need to explore your world. They have all the major brands as well as numerous local brands, as well. Plus, they have speakers and events to increase that sense of community. This has now officially become my go to spot for when I need any kind of outdoor gear.

I spent at least an hour shopping, trying on clothing getting heartfelt compliments from the other ladies in the shop. I also got help with finding the perfect jeans! After narrowing down my selection, I asked my husband (and Golden Retriever) for feedback. Yes, my 100lb Golden was allowed in and he made himself right at home. Needless to say, I walked out with a large shipping bag, but the amount was less than I expected. First, they were very clear on what might be needed, what it could cost. Second, they always communicated fully, clearly and attentively. Third, they NEVER tried to sell me a bike. And last, they finished the service a day earlier than promised and $3.00 under the estimate. If anyone is looking for an example of how to run a small retail shop, these guys have it down. That's lying.then said we don't sell those Chinese parts ​ , that's racist and incorrect. all this terrible interaction was to hide the brand loyalty they're bound to. i am afraid of sabotage as a tool to drive me away. instead of just outright refusing service because my bike is the wrong brand. I went and got some facts for you. Why That Statement Doesn't Hold Up If that shop truly refuses to stock any components made in China, they're likely contradicting themselves without realizing it. Here's why: · Tier 1 Components: Even flagship groupsets from Shimano (Japan) and SRAM (USA)--the two dominant players--have significant manufacturing, casting, and assembly operations in China, Taiwan, and other parts of Asia. Most, if not all of the styles are unisex and they print their slogans on t-shirts and hoodies. Hats, water bottles, small accessories and stickers are also for sale. There's so much neat stuff to look at. Haus Maus is very on trend, while keeping it local. Cant' wait to see what they produce each season. Very friendly customer service.
