When we started working with Keith he was professional, easy to communicate with and our dog really enjoyed walking with him. We appreciated the pictures he would send during the walks too. We even recommended Keith several couples who become new customers. However, in the last few months Keith's communication has become extremely crass and nothing but highly unprofessional. Despite big changes to his pricing structure and minimum walking requirements, making his offerings much less appealing based on our needs, I cannot believe how Keith's demeanor has changed. Unfortunately, we were not the only clients to experience this. Other clients that I had referred to Keith have had experienced similar, and much worse, correspondence including threats and outright alarming texts based on the nature of the topic. At this point, I would not trust someone who conducts business that way to be in my home without me present, and I certainly will not work with someone who adds stress or worry to anything that relates to the health and safety of my pet. read more
