I have a broken tooth less than 1yr ago I had x-rays taken of my mouth this dentist was able to see those x-rays and instead of using those images and helping me with the severe pain I was in. Decided to tell me they would need to take more x-rays $$$ and possibly have to refer me to an oral surgeon $$$ and further appointments $$$. Do not advertise emergency services if you aren't skilled enough to preform those services and if someone comes to you in terrible pain HELP THEM! I call bullshit on your response, because I was able to get my tooth extracted today, and that dentist had the exact same information yours had, and guess what no further x-rays were ordered! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Edeen is very gentle and takes his time. They will run something through insurance to see what is covered before you decide on treatment. I really appreciate this-not all dentists do this. If I had one negative to say about Edeen Dentistry it would be the dental hygienist is a little nosy/rude.
