Even being an American in Italy where my Italian is non existent the staff was more than willing to speak English with me when giving information about the menu. I suggest the "all you can eat" option when dining here. You have free range of the menu to get as many dishes as you like for only 26€... now that is unheard of in the USA. The quality of each dish was high and the presentation was on point as well. This is a hidden Japanese gem in the beautiful town of Alba Italy. Can't recommend this establishment more!

Although this place is Italian owned and run, sushi is well prepared, fresh and tasty. And generously proportioned from rice to topping and in between! It simply was the best food after spending a week of not so great food in Swiss..We felt lucky that my Italian friend picked us up and took us here as we would not have otherwise. This was refreshing and energizing, gave me a lift to the totality of my trip... Yep, sushi over Italian fare on our first day in Turin, yea, i'd pick this any day as well. Good food is good food! And the next day, they took us to a local Italian restaurant where the line was long but for our reservation(daughter of my friend's sis works here so we got insider favor). I'll review the food there separately!
