I gotta say that I don't normally provide any feedback or endorsement but after working with Alex from We Haul Junk for Less, I am super impressed by his professionalism, his promptness and honesty, and getting his crew to work hard to break down stuff and haul it away. He came over to show that the dump trailer was empty, then he had his crew start pushing and squeezing every square inch into the dumpster to ensure we don't waste any space, and was up front and honest on the effort and time his crew spent in hauling all the stuff away and worked with us on the pricing which is fair to both of us. If you consider other haulers, please reach out to Alex first. He is really a life saver and I highly recommend him. William read more

I am so happy I found them! As I was reorganizing my garage I realized we needed some unplanned and overdue hauling. I googled and originally contacted a more well known company, but they provided no estimate. After further research, I discovered this company and contacted them on a Saturday. Within 10 minutes of first text, I received an estimate AND an appointment that was even sooner than I had hoped. The rate was reasonable and the communication was stellar! They came as stated within their appointment timeframe and even sent a message when they were 20 minutes away. Just really well done and exemplary customer service from start to finish. Needless to say, we highly recommend and will be using again. GRATEFUL. read more

There's nothing but great things to say about the gentlemen that came to pick up the pile of junk that I had accumulated over time. I didn't realize how much I actually had until I saw it slowly fill the trailer that they brought. The trailer is more than capable of hauling anything oversized so worry not about the size and shape of your items. Alexander and JJ were very punctual, kind, and efficient. Everything was gone and before I knew it I had reclaimed precious space that was being taken up. I highly recommend them if you need to haul anything off your property. read more

I called Alexander after 4 and got a quote by sending him a picture of what we were trying to get rid of. Quick response, very easy to work with, and a great price on top of it. 1800-GOT-JUNK wanted close to $800 to remove what I needed gone when Alexander did it for $250. Will definitely be using in the future. Highly recommended. read more

I am a difficult one to impress. However, Alexander went above and beyond during the process of removing an old couch from my home. He went out of his way and personally came to pick up my couch, as the crew that was scheduled, was running behind. Who does that? It goes to show that their highest priority is to provide excellent customer service!! And since my couch didn't fit through the front door, instead of giving up, he found another way to remove it, even though it was difficult and in the process meant carrying a large sofa over the fence and through the back patio area. Him and his partner got it done. I am so impressed. I will be telling all my Realtor friends how awesome this company is and will be adding them to the list of companies I do business with. read more
