Months before the event, she shared some of Stephanie's work and we both thought she would be the perfect planner for our event. Unfortunately we were completed displeased with her terrible customer service! The line of communication was completely non existent! Despite numerous outreach attempts via call, texts, and email, this "planner" refused to get back to us. Over a month with no response to our questions or concerns which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable especially considering a deposit of $900.00 was given to her for absolutely NOTHING! She has yet to refund any of it nor did she care to try to resolve the manner in which she chose to do "business". She did everything but contirbute to a successful baby shower which she "committed" to provide when she accepted a deposit. DO NOT sign her contract! The last thing anyone should have to deal with when trying to plan a special event is a non responsive unprofessional person who claims to be a "professional". Do not trust this person with your event let alone your money because you will be SCAMMED and left scrambling to pick up the pieces! My mother in law thankfully was able to coordinate services with other amazingly professional planners who were not only 100 times more responsive, responsible, and professional, but also completely nailed our vision in a short period of time and made our event beautifully unforgetable; despite the huge dissapointment endured by this so called "planner".

From start to finish, they were calm, organized, professional, and genuinely kind--exactly what every bride needs on her big day. They also created our sweetheart table and centerpieces, and everything looked beautiful. The décor was exactly what I envisioned--elegant, simple, and just the right size and style. Even my mom couldn't stop talking about how perfect it all was! What really stood out, though, was how smoothly everything ran.
