After a heart to heart with them last week, we were promised all the garbage (which has now been collecting every week) would be taken. NOPE. They emptied what was IN the can but left everything else. Their customer service is atrocious! After telling me she didn't have notes that we have called and asking why I didn't call to remind them to pick up the garbage, she hung up on me and then refused to answer my calls.

I expected a really long drawn out situation as I had experienced calling a few other companies. A few months later, neck deep in a garage clean up project, I called again to see if they would be able to come and haul away a bunch of stuff off our property. There were bikes, an old grill, a recliner, my kids old toys, an aquarium, and all the other miscellaneous crap that you find buried deep in our garage after decade. I called and was told that since I did not return a phone call last year that they would be unable to remove the new peonies until June. By then, they should be full grown. Very bad business on the part of Ms. Aly and her team. I am very disappointed in Wilson Lawn and if you are charging that amount of money for 15 minutes of work, you should back up your poor performance. I would not recommend their performance or their inability to guarantee their work.

I was not able to pack, and their packing service was perfect. None of my items were broken during transit and she taught me how to be thoughtful about packing in the future. Her service was so affordable I'll likely call her to pack me any time I move again. Overall I really appreciated my service. They were quick, professional, and clearly had some moving methods that helped them ensure my items were quickly moved without anything breaking in the process. Thanks for your help!!
