I had them cut down my trees and do minor landscape. I don't really recommend them for tree removal…read morebecause it's sloppy work. For example, one of the trees was a 9 foot dead tree stump and they only cut 4 foot off, leaving a 5 foot stump. Still charged me $1500 more at the end for everything. Never came back to finish the job despite the request. Also, Ryan and the subcontractors don't really listen to instructions. I asked them to NOT mow my lawn multiple times. They kept mowing it despite having crocuses, snowdrops, and mini irises. TWICE. Ryan also told me it's stupid and insensible to put flowers in lawn. That's his opinion but to have them mow is again despite me telling them I want the remaining foliage a chance to live is too much for me to handle. Landscaping is expensive and expectations don't always align with reality. But this company's main issue is that it's too big and or subcontractors don't care. If you want brain dead lawn cutting, no problems here though.

We updated three areas in our yard. Walkway/Fire Pit We added a paved walkway to our new fire-pit space. I can see the team (yes team- at one time I saw at least 5 members working) taking the time to do it right. Measuring .... Making sure the fire-pit was level.... Making sure the grass had seeds to repair the area. I absolutely love having s'mores night. Chicken coop border beautification- Our newly erected chicken coop area needed some work to "finish" the space. John and his team created a border and filled it with stone. He was also able to help us with sand and dirt for the ladies. Love the way the area looks. Nap nook We had an area that was an eye sore with a ton of stuff. John and his team cleared (moved the bricks and stones) the area and helped make it cozy for a nice afternoon nap. The border and the small stones help finish the area we ignored for years. I'm so glad we used Zizzlo Landscape. We love our new yard spaces. Price was very fair. I also loved how I changed my mind a few times w the design and John was always helpful. Team cleaned up and put down plenty of new seeds. Grass looks lovely! Definitely recommend. Can't wait to entertain !!.

A season later the mowers obviously did not get the message because they they mowed a swath through our front yard and I confronted them. The gentleman told me is was a mistake and I was ok with a mistake. I asked them to take care of the yard and I paid them by cash. I then called their owner and she told me that I had a contract with them. I corrected her and made sure she noticed we did not renew, due to poor quality of service. THEN THE BATTLE BEGAN! She was so rude to me that I made it clear I would contact the BBB. 3 years later the battle still wages. They see the property markers clearly, but are just fine with trashing the neighbors yard (Mine) THEN driving up over our driveway for THEIR exit. This is a 4 inch high driveway due to rain run off. Right now we are in Florida helping my 80 year old mother resettle after Hurricane Sally hit her home. My son went to check on our home and this is what her found AGAIN! The last time Wetter's wonderful employees did this we had just finished seal coating our driveway. They are a solid 10 feet over into our property and have made a complete mess of our lawn ONCE AGAIN. This all comes a NO SURPRISE from this company's employees. We constantly clean up after all our neighbor's trash, leaves and excess grass is blown onto our beautiful lawn that we ourselves take care of. DON'T FALL INTO THE WETTER RUTT AND BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS BECAUSE WETTER IS NOT!!!!!! We love our neighbors, not their yard caretakers. CHEAP DOES NOT MEAN QUALITY

Despite my contract from last year citing an expectation for a 2% annual increase, I got a ~25% rate hike. The woman I worked with was not kind and not willing to help me understand where this came from. I ended up finding the owners email and was able to reach out to them to try to learn more and find a more reasonable solution, but even going over their new math, it still didn't make sense, and still had me over 20% higher than last year for the same work. They cited that I was charged incorrect last season (despite having their invoices with exact man-hour times spent and their own provided labor rate). Additionally, the new contract (which I did not sign) created new clauses in the fineprint to do price hikes in subsequent years without needing a reason. So disappointed, but I'm not comfortable going into contract with a company that doesn't honor their own contracts, hoping you won't notice.
