History

Established in 2005.

Wayne has been a leader who has been successful at every endeavor in his State Farm career. During his management years, his agencies ranked in the top production categories for the Seaboard Region and Mid-Atlantic Zone. He can brag of being an Ambassador Life traveler for 39 continuous years. Being a believer in life long learning, Wayne has a Master's Degree in Administration and has earned four American College designations: Chartered Financial Consultant - ChFC, 2003; Chartered Advisor for Senior Living - CASL, 2005: Chartered Life Underwriter - CLU, 1989; and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship - LUTCF, 2004.Within the first full year of returning to agency, Wayne was an 80% MDRT mentoring qualifier. The following year he earned his first full MDRT qualification. This is an accomplishment achieved by less than 1% of the world's insurance and financial services agents. In 2013 Wayne was awarded The Chamber Member of the Year by the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce.
