I hate when things break or have to be repaired because I've been ripped off before and I hate dealing with it, but these guys were great if I ever have to I will use them again without hesitation

They finally did pull it in to work on after we complained. We decided not to let them work on it and they didn't replace 3-4 pieces of hardware to remount the bed of the truck. We had to pay for the hardware at the new repair shop. We were also out the rental car money we had while they had the truck and never touched it for 14 days.

we have used this company before for a previous collision repair. they were very communicative and…read moretimely with the estimate of cost, length of time for repair, and the actual repair. this time however they are delayed by 2 weeks to getting the estimate. they did not communicate with me as the primary owner of the vehicle and primary contact on the insurance coverage. they have had the vehicle for over 3 weeks now, and they haven't even started the breakdown or repair. when i called today to get an estimate, the owner was rude, defensive, and argumentative. when i asked why this repair was being handled differently, i was cussed at and told to come get my "explicative" keys. i immediately called my insurance company. i was told this is a very strange occurrence and that they even had to call after 2 weeks just to get the estimate. luckily, the insurance company has agreed to tow the car to another repair place and retract the payment to the len sherrell's paint and body.

Second one was complete HOT GARBAGE, can't get a price to fix truck the second time (not an insurance claim) the guy behind the counter told me on my third trip to his shop I needed an appointment to get a price which is what I had the first trip I made the second time around. Had an appointment but his computer crashed which somehow turned into my problem, he asked me to come back. Second trip, second time around (with no appointment mind you) he walked out with his phone took pics and said he'd call let me know, never did. Come to find out he lost the photos or my number or something. Came back a third time, second go around, was told AGAIN I needed an appointment, he couldn't just give me an estimate because he had 2 in front of him and apparently 3 is just too many. I don't recommend Floyd for customer service reasons the man behind the counter doesn't understand that those 2 words mean, but they did great body work, I'd give a 1 star if it wasn't for the first experience. I'd gladly pay someone else twice as much if I can better service than this, which is what I'll be doing.

There were some issues with getting the parts and the owner took it upon himself to get the issue fixed and even drove to the location to get the part that was supposed to be delivered. They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff.
