Very very dishonest unreliable company if you want a few change for a dollar sure they will cover…read moreit for the 50 that your deductible but what they done to us and other people I'm sure we lived in this place for about a month and then the sinks starting backing up he sent someone out they could not fix it should they be out the next day which they did not make it and then they said the supervisor will be out which by the way they were 2 hours late then they promised the employee had to sit out in his truck until the supervisor got there they sent the supervisor because they know they was going to screw us to begin with they say someone had to know that it was pre-existed well was good for a month and the other people the guy died the ladies in the nursing home so I don't see how it could be pre-existing they really suck do not go there very very dishonest

When i called to cancel my policy, Jim Barto was extremely short with me and hung up abruptly. He called me back shortly after to confirm the policy numbers (since he was in such a hurry to hang up on me before getting all my information) and I informed him that I wasn't happy with the way I was treated. He responded very unprofessionally and tried to make me feel guilty for cancelling. I highly recommend dealing with a more professional company, and one that you can trust will always find you the lowest rate. This was a disappointing end to a long working relationship.
