    Truecut Insurance signed me up with the worst 1 star company out there. 70 reviews at a 1 star…read morerating. When I told Truecut I was deeply alarmed at the 1 star ratings, that my credit card will be charged unauthorized charges just like other reviews stated, Truecut's Agent told me, "don't believe those reviews, they are our best company. Some guy went on their site and wrote ALL of those reviews". I didn't want to believe an Insurance Agent could legally go that far and actually tell this outrageous lie, so I signed up with one of their insurance companies. What a costly mistake that was. 8 weeks later , I see an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $161.13 from that insurance company they signed me up with. Truecut Insurance failed to send me notification of documents that were needed by a deadline and the insurance company they signed me up with started charging my credit card without my knowledge. One charge was $161.13 and they were getting ready to charge it again another $63.08. I had no other choice, but to cancel my policy with their insurance company and shut down my credit card. It turned out that every single 1 star review I saw on that Insurance company's website, that they signed me up with, was true! All I could think about was Truecuts Agent lied to me when she told me, "don't believe those reviews, some guy went on there site and wrote all those reviews". I couldn't believe I was now seeing proof Truecut Insurance lied to me when they told me, "don't believe those reviews, some guy when on their site and wrote all those reviews" and it wasn't a good feeling knowing this Truecut Insurance Agency just lied to me. I had to contact my bank and tell them everything that was happening and the bank told me it was necessary to dispute all charges including the correct premiums I paid. It was a total disaster at this point. Truecut nearly traumatized my life with all this going on. I was in tears! At times I was so upset I was crying, because I was having to spend MANY whole days on the phone between the bank, that insurance company and Truecut and there was more important things in my life that needed my attention than this, but $161.13 is a lot of money to pay for a mistake Truecut Insurance made to my policy. While all this was happening to me, I called the Insurance company Truecut signed me up with, because I had a feeling Truecut was misleading me about "fixing that $161.13 penalty fee". It was during the phone call with that Insurance Company I discovered Truecut Insurance signed me up with uninsured motorists after I specifically told them MULTIPLE times, DO NOT sign me up with uninsured motorist, because it cost more money to add uninsured motorists to 4 cars. When I called Truecut back and told them I found out they signed me up with uninsured motorists against my approval, they quickly tried to remove the uninsured motorists they added to my policy and the insurance company penalized me AGAIN another $63.08. For the next 2 months Truecut had me believing they were getting my account back in good standing and my account would be credited the $161.13. I cannot even begin to tell you the countless HOURS in a day I spent on the phone between Truecut, that insurance company and the bank. Whole entire days on the phone from 9am-5pm trying to get this $161.13 penalty charge reversed back to my credit card. I was even told by 2 different Agents at Truecut the error was fixed and my $161.13 was credited. TWICE! It wasn't until I called the insurance company that I found out Truecut had been lying to me the entire time. I was told nothing was credited and nothing was fixed. They practically told me in so many words, "No, nothing is fixed! You've been lied to!" That's when I finally broke down in tears! They were very clear multiple times the reason I was financially penalized was the FAULT of TRUECUT INSURANCE and Truecut Insurance has to take accountability. On a 3-way call with me, Truecut and the Insurance Company, the Insurance company instructed Truecut to send a written statement of "omission of errors" in to them and they would credit my account the $161.13 I was penalized. After 2 months of waiting to receive my $161.13 credit i was finally told by that insurance company Truecut failed to send the written statement admitting fault. I immediately, called Truecut asking why they didn't send that statement admitting fault, so I can be refunded the $161.13, "Amy" shouted out very aggressively in the phone to me, "WE ARENT ADMITTING ANYTHING!!!" Professional and Ethical businesses do not speak to their clients in this manner. I finally, ended up having to pay back all charges I disputed to that insurance company, because Truecut had my name and credit score on its way to be ruined. I was being sent to collections. When people say, "they make costly mistakes that cost", I can assure you that YOU WILL PAY for those mistakes and Truecut will not take accountability.
