This woman had a full blown attitude and temper tantrum of a six year old when I returned to the store with my girlfriend about an hour and a half after my girlfriend shopped there and received terrible customer service, laziness, rude smart mouthing, a product that in a ripped up package, and was priced at $38 but she was charged $45. I kindly went in (please watch the cameras CORPORATE!) and said "hey my girlfriend was here earlier and was overcharged on this package that was ripped up and I'd like to just return it for the full amount." Before I could even finish R***I laughed and said "yeah I remember you" in an annoyed and intimidating way to my girlfriend. R***i aggressively grabbed the receipt with a full fist and rainbowed it above her head like she couldn't believe she had to do this earth shattering task for US. I said "yeah that attitude needs to go, that's how you treated my girlfriend when she came in earlier." R***i completely lost it and yelled in the store while another customer shopped yelling HOW DO I HAVE AN ATTITUDE?!? She told the coworkers to step away and yelled she wasn't doing the return and said Nike sometimes changes prices on items without putting the correct tag on it etc. I reenacted her snatch and grab with a plastic bag to show her how she had an attitude and told her I just treated her the same way she treated me and she didn't like it. This woman was screaming so much and kept trying to yell at my girlfriend so much that the other employee began recording. Looking forward to taking this matter further. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Overpriced as well. We ended up finding the same item on Amazon for $15 less anyway after. Kindness goes a long way. Those employees deserve a better role model as a manager and the community deserves a simple kind person working in the stores we enjoy shopping at. Never shopping with Hibbett again with this kind of poor representation of a leader. There's even more to the story. I'll hold the details for corporate.

Whike I haven't spent thousands of dollars here, I had been satisfied with my purchases until…read morerecently. Under their recommendation, I purchased a suppressor, good quality red dot, and red dot mount for a PCC. When I was finally able to get the suppressor attached, the mount that I bought under the recommendation did not co-witness with the iron sites. When I tried to return/exchange for something else, I was told that it was past their 30 day return policy. I asked if they could simply allow me to exchange it for other merchandise, but again stuck to their policy. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I had to wait more than 30 days for the adapters to mount the suppressor on the PCC, but I never went back and told them to cancel that order so I could purchase somewhere else. I was very patient and respectful with them while I waited. While I am not a huge customer, I will no longer be a customer.

I've been a long-time customer of Sportsman's Finest and have spent well over $6,000 here over the…read moreyears, but this recent experience was extremely disappointing. My friend purchased approximately $800 worth of hunting gear on November 21st that ended up not being used. The items were completely unworn and still had all tags attached. We attempted to return the items before he had to fly out, but the store is closed on Sundays. Due to the holidays and both of us being from out of town, we were unable to return the items until December 26th. At that point, we were told the return was refused because it was outside of their 30-day return policy. What's frustrating is that the policy does not reasonably account for store closures and holidays. This was not an abused return--everything was new and unused. When I called back to calmly explain the situation and ask if there was any flexibility, I was laughed at and told I was wrong. That response was unprofessional and upsetting. I expected better customer service from a company I've supported for years. Policies are one thing, but how customers are treated matters just as much. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.
