Stopped at this Wawa for gas and snacks yesterday and actually found our snacks to be wonderful when we ate them a few hours later just outside DC. We got gas, drinks, chips and my husband got a slow roasted pork sandwich while I chose one of the pre-made turkey wraps to go. Both were delicious and easily satisfied the hunger pangs on the road until we got to where we needed to be. Y'all. I have so much fun every time I come in here. My first encounter was with the coffee station and I had a blast with the tiny marshmallows and alllll the creamer selections. I think I picked the hazelnut creamer, with a dark roast coffee and mini marshmallows. The marshmallows just made me so happy. It was seriously the most delicious coffee ever. I live really close and have coffee at home, but sometimes I'm tempted to come up here and make some delicious concoctions. Tonight I wanted a milkshake. The yard is too complicated for me to figure out, so we came here. I expected them to just have basic flavors like vanilla, chocolate or strawberry, but no. They have so much more. They have fancy flavors! I chose the peppermint cookies and cream and it's amazing. It tastes like peppermint Oreos y'all. It's so good. I can't wait to come back and see what else I can discover. I have been a regular customer of Wawa for years, but over the past year, the customer service at this location has drastically declined, excluding the food prepping workers who continue to do a great job. I went to purchase a pack of alcohol that I don't usually buy, but it was the only option available in the fridge that looked appealing... As I placed my items on the counter, the red haired older cashier aggressively demanded to see my ID, which I was already pulling out of my purse... I look young so I already know it's coming. I made a casual comment about feeling a bit embarrassed buying White Claws since I'm typically a wine drinker, but I had recently tried and liked them. The cashier rudely responded that if I was buying them for my friends, they would need to come in and show their IDs as well. Despite explaining that I was alone with my sixty-year-old DAD and purchasing the drinks for myself, she insisted on calling over the manager.... I understand you don't want to sell alcohol to people who might be giving it to minors but come on now. Just do your job and ring me up I'm of age.... She falsely claimed that my card had declined, which was not true, and I ended up being charged twice for my purchase of a pack of white claws.... This Wawa is right up the street from me, I hate coming here because of how aggressive the cashiers are. Semi-convenient location on the blvd. Located by a lot of shops, so I'm able to stop here while doing my errands, but exiting can be a hassle. This store has a very rude employee,please allow me to explain why,I walked up to the register and proceeded to pay for my coffee which is .99 any size until the 30th of this month(which in my opinion is a great deal...but but back to my story. The cashier didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase anything else with my coffee and kindly started to talk to the people directly behind me as if she couldn't wait,she started to joke with them before she even acknowledged me in my opinion in which she never did.I believe that was the rudest I ever been treated in an establishment,maybe I'm being a little too petty about the situation but I had to hold everything back to not to confront her!!. read more

Are all Wawa Food Markets created equal, well not in my eyes. This is the only four star store I have reviewed any way. Why review a chain market that seems to be on every corner, well this one is worth my time to put up. Evidently by Yelp comrades have thought the same, the reviews are strong for this location. A few of the highlights: ~16 pumps which means you can usually find an empty slot. But don't count on it every time, the place stays busy ~the area seems to always be clean, that says something about the management ~FREE air ~inside the store you will usually see the same staff and they are friendly ~location is off of VB Blvd is good, but not great for me east of the blvd. But it's still on the blvd which is very good. ~last, but not least the gas is cheaper than the other Wawa location by Lowes just 1 mile away. Quick and easy breakfast. Just select what you want on the screen, customize however you want, get your ticket, and wait for your order. While you wait, you can get additional items in the store. I got coffee from their selection of 8 different flavors. They make their own creamers, 4 different flavors in liter box containers. There is even an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your meal. Will definitely be a recurring visit every time I go to get work done at the dealership for my Jeep. read more

WAWA is my spot!!!! You can get a boss sandwich, any kind of chips imaginable, and all the energy drinks you can handle. The staff here though is the main event, the manager here has these weird contacts on, I think he wears them to intimidate his employees and customers, but on the real this is VA and people are packin so don't get the biscuit pulled on you over a 4 inch Turkey Gobbler holmes. But for real this dude means business if that line backs up in the front dude is the Master Chief of WAWA letting the staff know what time it is, and to keep it moving. The patrons in here rock as well you have every walk of life rollin through here to get their eat on and you never know what someone might say when you are waitin in line for your sandwich. This is my favorite Wawa around. They have many great things, including: chicken fingers mashed potatoes soup bagels coffee soft pretzels fruit cups and those are just some of my favorites! They have also added an outdoor seating area with drive-up service. This Wawa rocks! read more

Love this franchise but this store is seriously always lacking in being able to order enough stock to keep the store filled. $4.99 hoagies in the summer is the absolute best. I typically only come to Wawa for one thing and that's a cheesesteak hoagie. For that past 10 years I have remained pretty faithful to them as my go to cheesesteak place. The only time I may venture out to another place for a cheesesteak is if I want fries which at this time Wawa still doesn't have. I love the fact that you can have whatever toppings you want at no additional cost. You can also specify how little or how much of a condiment you want such as oil, vinegar or mayo. The service is always quick even during lunch which is when I visit this location because its the closest to my job. I like the fact that this particular location has outdoor seating which is cool on a nice summer day. Overall no complaints, I will always visit Wawa for my cheesesteaks. read more

I absolutely love wawas, they always have everything I need even if I dont realize I need it. This particular Wawa's never disappoints, if Im craving a quesadilla or breakfast they always make it fresh. The staff are always friendly and I've never had a problem with service. The storefront is clean and the gas is fairly priced when it comes to competitors. The perks of coming to this wawa is the free air if you need to check your tire compression and they also have comfortable outside seating. This place is worth a visit if you need gas and a quiet lunch, Gotta try their BLT's oh the BACON!!!!! oh yeah there coffee's are good as well, I would order a specialty, they tend to put extra love into the cups ahhhh. read more

I usually like wawa but the fact that I wasn't allowed to buy any tobacco products due to my driver's license that they scanned is expired but it's a valid ID and driver's license due to my DMV gave me a valid license on paper that has no photo to accompany with my expired license that has a photo. The fact that both the licenses have my DOB on it that prove that I'm beyond the age limit to buy tobacco products, but still can't buy. That is straight up bullshit!!! read more
