All the employees at this location needs compliance,safe serve, and customer service training. I was told i had to pay for something that is to be ordered via order terminals pay for it and then make special request. She appeared to be very happy to help then give me this crazy ordering option; as if she is over worked and needs a bubble bath. The bloom is off the rose; what was once an awesome, clean, well-organized gas station has turned in to just a rundown gas station that offers good subs. Wawa's gas prices are no longer the cheapest in town - the Thorntons gas station two blocks away usually offers lower. This station seems to have issues with their pumps - I was there during rush hour one night, and all the pumps would only let you get $10 worth of gas, that you had to pay inside for. What a hassle. I told the manager when I went in to pay, and it still took her about 20 minutes to try and solve the problem, with at least ten customers complaining to her. As others have said, you will definitely be approached by people asking for money; it's happened the last three times I was getting gas. I bought a fruit cup from their packaged to-go section, and it had bad pieces in it by the next day. I feel like their candy inventory is very hit or miss - they didn't even have Swedish fish last night. Thankfully, they still carry Old Bay potato chips, which are hard to get in Florida. And the subs are still pretty good, even if they never seem to have enough people actually making them during the dinner hour. But, due to all the issues, I no longer go out of my way to purchase gas here. read more

Instead of going "wah wah wah" about the Wawa homeless issue, I'm going to focus on the good stuff. Saved my ass literally when I needed to poo, but it's a very rough area and I saw a fight. Very friendly woman tho, and I bought water. These gas stations are always pretty special even when they're in a bad area because they can provide you with a nice clean convenience store environment and some really bad food, and also if you want they can give you a bathroom, which aren't always perfect and in this case is filthy, but they're always open 24/7 and that's what makes them a godsend. It's not my favourite location but I still have to love it because it was here and it was open. read more

Everyone should know by now that Wawa is awesome. This one is located right near my son's school, so we visit frequently. This station is so convenient because there are a lot of gas pumps and one is always available so I don't have to wait. There's also plenty of parking so that makes it easy to get in and out quickly. The staff must pay special attention to the bathrooms because they are always clean. Whether it's coffee in the morning, a quick snack because we forgot to pack one, or an afterschool meal Wawa has us covered. They also have hot items and the sandwiches are tasty. read more

Wow what is the bomb, definitely my favorite convenient store in the entire world. This place is way better than 711, Circle K, speedway, Hess. Not only do they have an excellent selection of coffee and iced coffee and frozen drinks and milkshakes. Anyways I'm rambling you can also get fresh fresh sandwiches right next to the register or order something off their menu which is located conveniently through the computer system that sends the check to the people also there's a huge area to get your gas so you never waiting in line for that and there's free air for your tires as well I got to say I should've invested in this place anyways if you're thinking about stopping by some raggedy old gas station save it go to Wawa instead because this place is the bomb read more

I love Wawa but almost every time I go to this location, I'm confronted with homeless people asking for money. Last time they were stationed on either side of the front door so you had no choice but to walk by. The parking on the end had several loitering about. One lady (Tiffany) had took off her mask and continued to curse and let every person trying to order know (it's going to be a wait) while she did nothing to assist her teammate in making sandwiches. She then unplugged the machines so that you cannot order anything and said (I ain't stressing over nobody). I came late at night (2:30am) but I would not recommend ever coming to this location or sticking around if you see Tiffany working in the back. read more

Love this place. The drinks are made the way you order. The food is made when and how you request. Glad they finally opened one up close to me. Any of these stores I have gone in have always been clean and orderly. That's big for me. If I go to a convenient store and it's unkept I won't even buy fuel from them. A good addition to this area....also keeps prices at nearby stations lower, including Thorntons. However when I filled up today, I noticed there was no security tape over the lock or edges of the POS card reader unit so this may be more vulnerable to skimmer devices. So disappointed in this location. They completely gave me the wrong food order that I didn't realize until I got home. The girl working also got super pissed when I told her my special request and she made a super rude face at me, so that made me not want to come back. Put "completly toast" sandwich on the order and add ketchup when I got it first of all colder than a jail sandwich second no ketchup why put the options to choose those if you're only going to do them when you feel like it? I love Wawa gas stations unfortunately this place was probably a prime when it was built I'm guessing a year ago now it is a "hole". No soap in the bathrooms. Dirt all over the floors. Out of coffees but 3. All the garbage cans outside and inside overflowing. I just could not believe it we drove an extra 2 miles out of our way to go to a "Wawa" versus all the other namebrand gas stations because we thought it would be the cleanest in this area of Tampa. Being from Miami every trip to middle Florida is not complete without the requisite trip to Wawa. My latest journey to Tampa was no exception. For the uninitiated, Wawa is a gas station with cheap gas and good food options. Inside, there are multiple touch screen computers (ohh fancyy) where you scroll through all the options of what you'd like to eat. Breakfast hoagies, quesadillas, bowls, the options are plentiful. In the mood for lunch, they have options for that as well. Once your order, your food is made right in front of you. There are tables outside for you to eat or you can take it go. This time around I purchased an Italian breakfast hoagie with jalapeños and a side of Mac and cheese. This is the Publix, KFC, style Mac and was exactly what I was looking for. Decent coffee, I had the Costa Rican, but I saw no option for an "Over Caffeinated blend" which is always nice to see at other establishments . Being from Miami I barely bat an eye at drinking ridiculous amounts of coffee and the extra caffeine has always helped. They also have donuts and muffins which are quite up my alley and very tasty. Always moist, don't pass these up! If you haven't been and you see one, I would definitely recommend a stop in. If you live by them and grew tired, well shame on you!!! read more
