Difficult to get gas here. Many people park in the gas lanes and go into the store to shop leaving their unattended car in the gas bay with people waiting to get gas. There are many parking spaces available around the store. Only see this at this particular location. Needs a sign "Gas Only" in the gas bays. read more

ALL the employees at this specific location are friendly and helpful especially the night shift. Tyrell and Souleymane are superstars! They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure you're completely satisfied with your visit! Rhonda makes the best sanwiches and smoothies and Sedric is always friendly. I believe the night manager's (Bradley) positive attitude is infectious and you can see it emulated by the rest of the employees there. I live in Hallandale and drive all the way to Hillsboro so I can visit this specific Wawa while I'm working Uber Eats at night with my daughter because it's the best out of all the locations. So tell me how I call just an hour ago just to find out the price of something and the employee tells me "We don't give out prices over the phone" What kinda bullshit is that? What am I suppose to do, drive over there to see the price then realize I might not want it cause it might be too pricey? Aren't you suppose to be an "upscale CONVENIENT store"? Cause that was anything but convenient lol So I call another Wawa and the lady gave me the price with no problem. $49.99. I love Wawa. I'm so glad they expanded to south Florida. I just went there today to try their quesadillas. They're great! And affordable. Cant wait to try more of their food. They have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. read more

I grew up in the Garden State right on the border of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. There was a WaWa in East Stroudsburg about 15 minutes from home where teenagers and college kids would go to fuel up for late night shenanigans and general debauchery. I have many fond memories of driving across state lines to go to "The WAHHH" as we called it back then. It was great then and it's even better now. I've been a Floridian for 15 years and I have to say only a few RaceTraks come close, but no convenience store chain can compare to WaWa. I was so excited when they announced the first stores in South Florida. Sadly there are none near me on Miami Beach yet, but when I'm out and about, I look for WaWa for all of my on-the-go needs. Coffee - CHECK. Subs - CHECK. Booze - CHECK. Herrs Chips - CHECK! Great prices - CHECK! WaWa is always clean and inviting and the employees seem to be treated well because they seem to enjoy being at work. Love this location! Always impressed by the quality of food and cleanliness here. Even when it's busy service is quick. The one time I got my order wrong they helped me immediately and were super kind about it. Kiara is great and helped make my time at Wawas memorable, always happy to see her! I just left Wawa and it was my worst experience ever there. I am there and four times and I get a soda refill. I always use a 7-11 32 ounce cup - he immediately said that's not our cup in a rude manner-and I said fine charge me whatever you want then- as I said I am there 4 to 5 times a week and this is the first time this is ever happened. To top it off there is no signage indicating what cups can be refilled or not. I then proceeded to ask for four packs of Marboro lights 100s, he looked at me and said one I said no sir four. Again during this time I got nothing but attitude from him. To top it off once I got to the airport and looked at the cigarettes in the bag I realize they were Marboro lights not Marbro light 100s. I am not sure if this was because I am white, because he was rude to the Spanish gentleman in front of me, if he was just having a bad day, or if he is like this all the time. This is been my worst experience at Wawa and I am very disappointed since all the other times have been pretty good despite a long line. read more
