I find this extraordinarily unprofessional behavior from someone publicly responding under a "Business Owner" account. Customers should be able to leave critical reviews without being personally mocked or belittled by the owner. Nothing in these responses changes what I personally witnessed. If anything, the way this criticism has been handled has become an additional reason I would not recommend or return to this business. I have included screenshots so readers can see the owner's responses and form their own opinion. UPDATE 8/12: The business owner's response to my review has only reinforced my decision not to return.
