Travis greeted us with a big smile and immediately made us feel comfortable. He thoroughly explained everything. There were two other gentleman who were part of our group for a total of five including our guide Travis. The ocean was very rough that day but we still were able to enjoy it. We had to go slow on the intercostal because it was manatee season on the way to the ocean. The intercostal has so many gorgeous houses and boats to look at along the way. Once at the ocean away from the intercostal, the guys wanted to go fast for an exhilarating experience. I was very happy staying in front of Dr. Von D Mizell-Eula Johnson state park riding my jet ski there while the guys went fast in the big waves. On the way back, Travis took many pictures of myself and my cousin on the jet skis on the intercostal. We both had a fabulous time. I highly recommend our guide, Travis. He was knowledgeable and helpful with anything you need. I'm also very pleased with JetskiFL and I definitely recommend using this company. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My husband and I stayed with them to make sure they were ok while trying to get to the rest of group. The new jet skiers panicked ended up flipping over and needed help getting back to meeting point. We called for assistance and all the guy was worried about was the jet ski. My husband and I stayed with her until "guide" was called back to where we were. While he brought her back, we were asked to get the rest of the group and bring them back. When we got up to them, 2 more jet skis had technical difficulties and we had to help them back. While the group of young skiers were appreciative of our help and demanded we get our money back the worker reluctantly returned our money and told us that " we didn't have to help the other jet skiers ". We recently purchased a Groupon to ride jet skis at 11:30am on Sunday June 8th 2025, upon arrival we got a text saying that our reservation was pushed back to 12:30. At 12:30 the merchant was still no where to be found, they kept trying to finesse time by telling us "they will arrive in 10minutes" they told us that twice! At 1:20 Stephen (the guy that was finessing time) still didn't show up. We then asked for a refund, Stephen sister in Arizona told us that we would have to contact Groupon for the refund. Mind you, they marked our Groupon voucher as used, when we never got on any jet ski's. Monday we went through Groupon and made the refund request, that the sister told us to do, and she said that they would approve the refund. We have this in TEXT as proof! See attachment for reference. Today is Tuesday, and Groupon has responded saying that the Merchant denied our refund request. We called the Merchant to see why, and Stephen literally said "he doesn't know us", "he doesn't know what we are talking about" and etc. This is very frustrating! They literally STOLE from us! Within 20 minutes, our jet ski started blasting a constant low fuel alarm. I repeatedly asked staff what to do and was told to "just press a button," which did nothing. The loud, nonstop beeping continued, and my kids were genuinely scared and upset. Things only got worse from there. Our tour guide was pulled over by police, and we were left sitting in the water for about 15 minutes with zero explanation or guidance. No one checked on us or made sure we were okay. After that, instead of returning us, the guide stopped AGAIN to talk to more police. At that point, I said I wanted to go back. The entire experience felt disorganized, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. When I requested a refund, I was refused. Even worse, their follow-up response was dismissive and rude -- suggesting I was just "having a bad day" instead of taking any accountability for what happened. If you're considering this company, especially with children, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Safety, communication, and customer service were clearly not a priority.

We had a scheduled seabreacher experience today with this company arrived and they didn't show up…read more They wasted the last day of our vacation and 4 hours of driving. They wouldn't return are calls and texted us 30 minutes after our scheduled time. A hour and a half after they text us refusing to call telling us the seabreachers were out of service. They sent us confirmation yesterday. They are unreliable and would not recommend wasting your time or money. There are plenty of great companies that appreciate business this is not one of them!

Disputing charges with my credit card company. And reporting a theft with their local police department. Shit that isn't necessary for something so silly. Most of their reviews are good. Good for them. Maybe most of the time they are great. But hey. Maybe you get a bad batch. Just keep that in mind. Maybe take your business elsewhere.
