There are lockers to drop them off at for contactless drop off/pickup. There's a small play area for children in a corner and a vending machine for snacks. The place was a bit messy with trash about the floor even though plenty of trash bins are around and empty. The machines weren't particularly clean, so I used paper towels to clean the edges of the machines before pulling my laundry out to avoid getting that gunk on it. Adequate amount of seating and folding tables. There's a lot of outlets and free WiFi available. Although there are signs saying no soliciting/loitering/panhandling there was a patron taking up a large area with a shopping cart and other personal items strewn about sleeping initially. He later followed another patron to the door and asked to be given one of the blankets he had, mentioning that the ground gets cold at night All in all and good place to bring larger items to wash and dry. It has everything you need to get your laundry clean. The tanning area is self-serve and there are stand up and lay down booths available. You purchase tokens for the amount of time you would like to tan for. There is also a vending machine for lotions and goggles, etc. I would beware of new bulbs in the beds though. Being there is not an attendant on hand, pay close attention to the signs on the doors as to when the bulbs have been switched out. If there are new bulbs and you have fair skin, you will pay for it...trust me!

Hot water is VERY necessary when washing clothes in a public laundromat. I had to wait out until my 2 loads that I had already put $3 each in were done. There was a phone number to call and left voicemail and text and no response at all. Now had to drive all over town to find enough business willing to give change and it was clear some of them were pretty pissed about it. The DG manager was downright hostile. I guess they are getting request for quarters all over town. What else can you do at 5pm on a Saturday when you have all your wash in the machines? Falls Laundromat in Fergus is SO much nicer and open until 11pm. We will just go there from now on when we do errands there. Do NOT recommend this business. Business was sold within the last year so the positive reviews in the past are the old owner when it was well run.
