After hooking up my trailer I called at 1 pm , as I did not get a call. He said "OH I came in broken" . I asked why they didn't call, as I had planned my afternoon around the aeration project. I get that thing break, but no call to tell me , and no 'I am sorry" or alternative was given. Two bad experiences.

When we finally came to an agreement their computer froze and I had to call back. So I called back the next day. Another 50min phone call. Finally the said they would have someone out in a week. When the big day finally came they didn't show. Apparently the guy taking the order forgot to process it.. when They did finally show they ran the cable across the lawn for bird and dogs to pick at instead of putting it underground. We agreed that since I took work off for a no show on their end they would give me free installation and free first month. Well I just got billed for the first month and I've been on hold for over a half hour now trying to resolve this. Figured I would leave them a glowing review they deserve. F*ck TDS!
