When we contacted him to return and fix the issue, he initially claimed he had been in a car accident. After several months, we reached out again, and he stated he would only return if we paid him additional money. We declined, as the issue was due to faulty installation. He then falsely accused us of not paying him in full. This is not accurate--we have documentation of our payment as well as Facebook messages confirming the agreement and completion of payment. Overall, the work was substandard, and the follow-up service was unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for the original issue.
