Benton did a very good job of explaining himself clearly over the phone. He did not represent me, or charge me any money to point me in the right direction with some very good advice. Hopefully, I will never need his services, but the instances that I didn't deal with him were a pleasure. I'm sure he is a very good attorney. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a lawyer…read more After taking my payment, William James became extremely difficult to contact. Calls and messages went unanswered for long periods of time, and follow-through was almost nonexistent. He repeatedly claimed work had been done when it had not. When confronted with proof, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he became defensive and uncooperative. Promises were made and consistently broken. He also routinely came to court unprepared and disorganized to the point that judges and plaintiffs openly made remarks and jokes about his lack of preparation. His disorganization was so noticeable that he was essentially treated as a joke in the courtroom. Hiring him ultimately cost me more money, because I had to retain another attorney to fix the situation he failed to handle. The lack of communication, honesty, and accountability made an already stressful legal matter significantly worse. I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. Save yourself the time, stress, and financial loss.

Benton has been the best attorney i have ever met. He was very understanding when my court date was coming up fast and worked night and day to get everything together. I have nothing but RESPECT for him. He was always there when i needed him and he will always be my attorney for as long as i live. I couldnt have asked for a better persone to help me. His rates are every reasonable and not to high. He is the best in town and i promise you will feel like your his only client. He is amazing and very well organized. read more

We have been working with Jessica and she has been a godsend!!!I love that she got openly angry when she began to hear the details of our case.
