Many people say a "Short Sale" on your home is a very long and stressful process. And a process…read morethat takes 9 to 12 months, and many times, even longer! I thought that way too until I had my initial free one hour consol with Faisal and his team at EV Has. In a matter of an hour, we were able to begin the process and he discussed the step-by-step actions we'll take. You see, I was wayyyy undervalued with a huge deficit to the amount I owed to a "Big Bank." And so the process begin. In short order, Faisal was able to convince my Big Bank my property was worth far less than I owed. Faisal was able to get the bank to accept less (approve my short sale for less than I owed), and had my MLS written as "Bank Approved Short Sale" and the new agreed upon price. And within a week, we had offers coming in. And now EV Has performs its negotiating with the bank. Within 30 days from offer date, we went to close. Although Faisal was always available to me as needed during the process, I always felt connected as I was emailed CC'd on all communications between lawyers. The bottom line here...
