Do not recommend working with Shea Crosby. She was absolutely terrible if you choose to work with…read moreher you will have to do her work and set up her defense arguments. I felt like I was dealing with the opposing attorney and not MY attorney she was making arguments for the opposing team constantly it was ridiculous. We didn't get the ball rolling effectively until I guided her on how she should be making the arguments to the opposing team and it was clearly too difficult for her. She failed us repeatedly but thankfully felt incompetent for the case and dropped us as her client as she stated we did not agree with many terms but now we may be looking at being at a worse standing point for having hired her.

At this point, I already paid off my lawyer her past due balance, and the fee for trial and trial prep a few days before court even though we went into a settlement. After court, I was told the second I pay off my children's ad litem that would be getting a judge signed copy of my divorce papers. Never did! Everybody's paid off months later I have no divorce papers. Keep your receipts! I reaching out, asking for my divorce papers and a copy of my invoice wanting to know how much money I have spent total on this divorce. I was denied divorce papers, I was given a bill of an outstanding balance of a little over $5000! I was told that I had paid no money towards this bill even though the bill showed numerous credit card fees that I was charged for making payments. Never reflected any payments that I made, even though I have proof and receipts! It's just upsetting! A lot about this is upsetting! I also have to hire another lawyer to recalculate child support because it makes no sense for somebody who makes six times more than me to only pay 6% of their income towards child support when I have full custody of two children. I'm very upset with Tina and her office for the way I was treated!

Please review and not post on facebook without any names other than W&H…read more I went to Hutchinson and Williams on a recommendation from a neighbor who, as it turned out really knew nothing about the firm except that her employers used him When I hired one of their attorneys He agreed to: 1,) Write a letter to my retirement, as they agreed that my checks should go to me and not my separated wife and just requested a letter from my attorney. Bryan Vernetti did not, which cost me approx... $10,000. 2,) He agreed to take care of a visa bill which the wife had used, exclusively, he did not. That cost me $6200.00. 3,) Agreed to handle my divorce, he would not respond to letters for months at which point I insisted that all communications between us be via email and NO phone calls, to which he agreed. Not only did he call me (to try and settle why he had not done as agreed to that point and so that I would have no written record or the conversation) but he charged me $90.00 for the phone call. 4,) The billing which was handled by Hutchinson and Williams was inaccurate as well, not accounting for a check for $500.00 and for charging me $45.00/month, which was never agreed upon and did not start at the beginning but began at a later date. 5,) I wrote him and told him that his lack of services were no longer needed. He called a month or so later at 2100 the night prior and told me that I had to appear in court the next day at 0800 to explain why he was fired. The judge asked Bryan why he was no longer representing me. He told the judge that I had released him because I had decided to shop around for other attorneys. I was standing right next to him shaking my head no as he perjured himself but the judge never asked me why I had released "FIRED" him and I had a file of all of our correspondences which proved his malpractice and went on to the next case. I released him 3 months prior to the divorce date and I was forced to take the only attorney group available on such short notice that three weeks prior to the divorce the attorney did not even know the reason for the divorce and had only oversaw that I filled out an interrogatory, and filed a few court papers, at a cost of $3000.00 which was non-refundable no matter how much time was spent on the case. His bill 3 weeks prior to the divorce had already reached $2500.00 due to ridiculous charges and at that point he did not even know the reason for the divorce, forcing him to be released as I had already lost 3 months of my retirement, The fees from Williams and Hutchinson plus 38??.00 of the Visa bill which was garnished from my wages and have written me to recover the remainder of the total Visa bill which was over $6200.00. Due to the malpractice or lack of practice, I could not afford representation at the divorce and the judge, who had denied me all of my rights at the hearing for an Involuntary admit to Psychological Unit, another $7,000.00 and was a very painful experience due to lack of facilities for the handicapped (straight backed chairs which I can not sit in due to broken back and fusion of a disc, causing me to lay on the floor for 15hrs/day and then sleep on a plywood bed with 3" of cheap foam. I feel that Williams and Hutchinson attorneys were responsible for the actions, or lack actions and a lack of supervision, as his employers, had the responsibility to hire adequate staff so I would not recommend Williams and Hutchinson for the quality of their staff, including the accountant that cost me over $650.00 for inaccurate billing and not accounting for a $500.00 check, plus being charged for the first consultation which I was told had no charge, but was charged $100.00 for that visit. Also by not handling the case properly I ended up paying spousal support to a wife that I had caught embezzling, had filed a false police report, which he did nothing about although that was not agreed upon was a vital piece of the divorce as she had claimed abuse which was disproved as I had been ordered to an Involuntary admit to a Psychological unit, prior to going to Williams and Hutchinson. Even though the results proved her to have lied in her testimony to the DA and at the divorce (I have no idea whether or not the judge even looked at that report after ordering me there) I ended up having to pay HER $721.00/mo for 5 years and she got everything we owned, including our only vehicle, our bank account on the word of two sisters claiming spousal abuse. Total cost for using Hutchinson and Williams to handle a slam dunk divorce was over $100,000.00 dollars. I would not recommend the law firm of Williams and Hutchinso
