In my experience as being a business owner never have I heard of such a customer service disarray or lack of customer care. While this has not dealt with me directly the person experiencing this cluster of an operation is far to proud to post a negative comment. After months of back and fourth when pre approved for a loan that they were well under is still providing item after item to close on this house after being sent a closed document. I would never recommend Waterstone Mortgage and would especially not recommend the staff of the Warren Ohio branch while there are always 2 sides to every story two of the gentleman (and i use the term loosely) there seem to be the used car salesmen of the mortgage industry the kind that roll the odometer back. There is nothing wrong with being honest and saying you cannot provide a service you are a terrible person when you mess with people lives and hopes. Hopefully this reaches another person who will not use your services I know that I will not and will not recommend you. read more
