They charged my account twice, saying I logged in through the app and made two payments with 2 different payment dates within 1 minute. I don't even have their app, so NO, that was system messing up. Then tried telling me I have autopay and people forget and make a payment. WHAT?! I don't even have autopay set up. Only thing they could do, after I got a printout from my bank showing they payment was taken twice and a letter from my bank that they will not just refund the money and mail all that to them then WestStar would MAIL me a PAPERCHECK. He said we don't just take multiple payments I am not going to argue with you. Ummm Sir, this was obviously some kind of system glitch that you are trying to blame on me by first saying I logged into the app and then saying I have autopay ... NEITHER are accurate. How about acknowledging a system glitch! I sure would have thought my local bank (WHICH I LOVE) would have done some more research before selling peoples mortgages to a garbage company like this one.

    I just completed my second transaction through FMS and realized it was past time to write a Yelp…read morereview! I found Brian and his team via referral from my realtor; before I even found a house I liked, I met with Brian and learned a bunch about the different types of home loans and programs available for me as a first time buyer. He was very clear with me about everything from up front costs and long-term savings to how his company gets paid in all this. Though I struggled to find a house, I was prepared with my pre-approval in hand and when I did finally find "the one," the loan side of the purchase was really the easy part (scary, but easy). I checked with my own bank to see if they were able to beat the deal Brian found for me and they could not - even my bank's agent said it was a great deal. Fast forward a year and a half, and mortgage rates had dropped 1.625% from my original loan, so I reached out to Brian and asked him if he could run some numbers to see if refinancing would work out to be a good deal for me. He did, and called me to walk through the numbers over the phone. He found me another great option, and just yesterday I signed the paperwork to close on my new loan. I recommend Brian and his team to all of my friends and acquaintances who mention they are looking to buy a home.

    I have been going to Nusenda for over 20 years. In the last couple of years they have gone…read moreabsolutely downhill. Their Customer Service is a real joke. They messed up my account and we're totally un concerned that it might affect me. Any solution I suggested they blocked. The quality of the telephone line was so bad that I couldn't even understand what the service rep was saying. And she mumbled as if she was talking in her sleep, which perhaps she was. I've had this problem with several branches so I don't think it's just one branch. Today I went to the CU ATM. I usually go to, and it wouldn't allow me to withdraw any money. I looked at my balances, and it said I had zero in my checking, which is absolutely untrue. When I went on the app, it showed me a healthy balance. Same thing with savings. Customer Service was awful. They offered no help except to go to a different ATM and that they hadn't any other reports of a problem so I guess that makes it my problem.

After asking just four questions, he quickly identified that Nusenda had purged all web users who hadn't logged in for a while. Michael provided clear instructions to create a new user account, stayed on the line to assist me every step of the way, and ensured my information was verified in the system to prevent any future issues.
