I really love this health centre,as the front staff are very helpful, My Doctor is the best doctor and very helpful as she goes that extra just to make sure she had done all she can before having to send you to a specialist. I have been going there for about 3 plus years, and would never consider changing. I have recently moved near the city but I still make the trip back to Springwood to go there as I know, I get the best treatment that they can offer. So if you are new in town you should call them, you will never look elsewhere. read more

Extremely unprofessional.. ran out of script rang on Monday to get a script faxed to the compounding lab was told this will get passed on to Dr Broom... I rang every day of the week and the receptionist kept telling me 'she is busy with other patients'. This understandable as I am also a patient I was brushed off to the side and simply had to wait over a week to get a script sent to the pharmacy. Otherwise they told me to pay $60 for a short consultation to get a script faxed to the pharmacy that takes 1 minute to write up.... otherwise you have to wait over a week.... at this stage I was already out of medication which was affecting my health. Will be searching for a new doc. No doctor should ever let a patient go a week without a script just because they are 'busy' as it take a simple minute to write it up. It's now Friday still no script... Save your money and find someone who will care not just about the money but about you. read more
