My service technician was Ted. He was excellent with his advice and help he gave me. He showed up when he said he would and always kept in touch with me about his schedule. I needed to replace an irrigation head (it wouldn't work correctly) and add a couple more in a flower bed. He gave me all the information so I could do it myself. I have been using Watersmith since 2018. They have done spring back-flow check and fall winterize of our sprinkler system. They have also done repairs at various times for leaks and sprinkler head replacements including complete replacement of the main underground piping with PVC.
