Not a complaint, no attitude, nothing but a professional. How refreshing! If you've never been there, you owe it to your self to try this little known gem. During a recent…read morevisit, it appeared that the track needed maintenance/repair causing the pickup truck in front of me to stop causing my vehicle to rear end it. The car wash attendant stated they were aware of the damage to the railing of the track which caused the accident. He proceeded to file a claim through the carwash insurance. However club car wash reached out claiming they are not liable for the damages. After filing a claim with the other party's insurance they concluded that club wash is at fault after reviewing footage of the accident. Club car wash has yet to take responsibility for the damages. I will not be giving my business to club car wash.

Was in the 1604/281 area and a car wash is super hard to find (that's not a cheap gas station one)…read more I figured this one would do a lot better of a job since it was standalone and seemingly offered a mixture of manual [hands-on] washing and machine wash but after I left I looked in the rearview mirror and they completely did a shoddy job on the back of my car, as did the wash. Also, part of the wash package differences is the number of dryers (really?) -- even with the max number of dryers it also did a shoddy job of drying the car so now I have water and soap stains on my car which means it did an equally shoddy job of washing that off and probably put the paint protectant over it for good measure. The search for a decent car wash continues.

I had bought a monthly pass at the lowest rung, I was told with the monthly pass I could come once every twenty four hours and get my car washed, on my fifth visit I was approached by the manager and was informed that I had been utilizing the service I had paid for too often. He then informed me that the service wasn't designed for people to actually use that service as it had been advertised, (once a day wash) he claimed that it would cost the businesses too much money and it was the policy of the owner to then charge me for a commercial account which is basically pay per visit with a dollar discount each time. Hours later the same day the owner of the business has the gall to call me to tell me that the policy was correct and he disagrees with my opinion on honoring the terms of the sale. He again stated that he would lose the business if customers actually used their monthly membership as it was advertised, and I should be ashamed for my behavior in expecting for the terms of the sale be honored. Needless to say I didn't want to waste my breath arguing and now I will happily drive a few extra miles to avoid this place, and you should too. By far the worst customer service, and definitely a backwards business.
