I had the worst experience with this car wash. I had gone a road trip and my car really needed a…read moregood cleaning. I decided to take it and let the "professionals" do it. I paid $100 for them to clean it, it took almost 3 hours which i was okay with. When the detail manager gave me my car back there were streaks in the inside of the windshield, I asked him to clean it. I decided to walk around the car and the entire back gate was covered in dry dirty water, the back window was extremely bad, as i walked around the car it was worse, like no one dried the car. once i sat in the car i noticed they did not clean the middle cup holder area which is one of the things I made sure to tell them i wanted clean. The screen where the speedometer is, was sprayed with something but never wiped down. The windshield where the wiper blade was never picked up and cleaned. I figured for $100 bucks to clean a car it should be done bare minimum but nope. when I said something the "manager" said he didn't notice cause my back was open. I thought they walk around the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Then when I asked to speak to a manager I had to wait 10-15 min. it was just a shit show!

To ensure you don't easily miss the entrance and having to U-Turn at the gated apartment complex next to it, make sure you keep an eye out once you turn onto Patricia Drive from West Ave. Almost immediately to the left is where the carwash is at. The washes are priced amazingly at $6, $8, $10, $12; way more economic than most other washes. Completely touchless, automatically water powered, usually unstaffed, which I enjoy especially given the current COVID19 pandemic situation. The vacuum before you enter the wash. Bear right to pass through the vacuum after entering the complex if you don't need to, then bear left into the wash bay payment stands (there is 2 of them). The vacuum cost $1, adding to any of the washes is not bad considering that it is still cheaper than most other car washes that include free vacuumming. Size of the wash area is decently large, I have a med-large size sedan and it feels quite roomy passing through the machine compared to some other car washes. Height limit is 7' so be careful if you have a tall truck; I've driven a unmodified 2018 Ram 1500 through it without any issues! Overall, awesome automatic car wash that is very well priced. Unlike some other places though, you can use cash or coins to pay for the car wash, it's strictly card only( because theirs a sign in the wash bay that says they will charge your card if you use any outside products)now with that, I tried to use my first card that didn't have a chip so I had to swipe it, nothing happened. The time didn't start or anything. Swiped it again and nope still nothing. Pulled out my card with the chip and tapped. Time started and the water was activated. My reason for the 1 star was I didn't like the initial impression of feeling creeped out especially with how crazy people nowadays are and being a woman. Secondly I'm always checking my bank statements and I noticed they stole $5 from my first card-the non chip one. It's only $5 but it's the principle of it because imagine how many other times they've taken money from other people who might not even know it really check their accounts.
