Dr. Emmanuel Lucas had treated a a raised spot on my hand with liquid nitrogen , the spot came back so he said I'll try this again but it'll probably come back and I said well try something different if it's gonna come back. Dr. Lucas said I'll cut it out. It won't come back then. Well guess what it came back. When he cut it out, he found another spot. He said I'll inject it with something. Extremely upset with todays visit. I was scheduled by their coordinator Cynthia to come into the office for a procedure that was going to need 2 week's recovery. After rearranging my work schedule, I called Waters Edge the day prior for more details about today's appointment. The woman I spoke with over the phone could not provide any details nor could give me an estimate of how long the visit was going to take, she then transferred me to Cynthia for more details who does not answer her phone. I arrived at their office today and I was told by the doctor he was not aware of the procedure scheduled today. We spoke very briefly before he referred me to another doctor. I paid $60 to wait in the waiting room for a hour, then I was told to go to a different doctor. I would've preferred to email this directly to their office about my visit, but they do not have one available on their website. read more

Just got back from the office, but never saw the doctor. I waited over an hour, and I was supposedly next - but it had been 25 minutes since I was told that. They were just telling me that to appease me, as I had said I was going to leave when I had waited for 40 minutes. That's when they took me to an exam room and said the doctor would be "right in." Twenty more minutes and still no sign of him. I have been going there for years now, and have never had this happen before. Always a wait, but not like this. The care is OK, not any different than I would hope or expect. Have always wondered how good the full body scan was, done with just the naked eye. My doctor up north wears magnifying glasses when she does it. Dr. Spock has wonderful credentials, but needs better time management and scheduling. read more

I'd like to share my experience getting injectables at Waters Edge dermatology. Hopefully this will save someone else from making the same mistake I did. I went there thinking that going to a doctor for injectables was a smart idea. I was very wrong. I spent $3400.00 for Voluma and Botox. There is absolutely NO difference in my appearance. I went back numerous times and was given some double talk and no satisfaction. I have the same lines I had before and a bunch of pea sized bumps under my skin.Please beware! read more

I knew just from her demeanor that I was in good hands and the procedure I went in for was over almost before I realized it had started. I would give her 6 stars if I could. Thanks again Dr Lacey. I made a huge mistake! I went to this office to have Botox and Voluma injections, thinking a doctor would be better than anyone else for this procedure. Was I wrong!!! . I am embarrassed to say that I spent thousands of dollars to look worse. I have two scars on my face and the redness is not going away. It's been some months. Both the Botox and the filler results were imperceptible. I went back a few times and even contacted the main office . I was told that there were no refunds and was offered a few free products. Not moral or ethical as far as I'm concerned. I should also state that I have been a patient there for six years. I was not told of the possible negative results before the procedure.So I am warning anyone who is considering injectable's ,please do your research ,read reviews and don't make a hasty decision. I love Dr. Beth, she's always been great to me BUT the rest of the staff are completely unprofessional. I spent multiple $50 in copays to get an answer about excessive hair loss and even did blood work which cost ANOTHER $100 out of pocket to get answers. And not 1 goal of blood was taken but rather 6. I weigh 100lbs, 6 vials of blood is ALOT and no one made me aware of this at the dermatologist. After bloodwork was done I waited a few days for results to have a receptionist call me back and simply say "Your test results are high, you should see a primary." And nothing more, wouldn't tell me what the problems were or anything. So in a medical panic I make an appointment with a primary and call Waters Edge back to give them the office number to fax my results over. This was on a Tuesday. The physician saw me on Thursday and after 25 minutes of waiting told me the bloodwork had never been faxed over. So i calmly call Waters Edge and ask them to resent the bloodwork, cheerfully they agree and I go back to waiting. 30 minutes goes by and nothing. My doctor comes back to say not only have the results been sent in but now EVERYONE is suddenly unavailable at Waters Edge because they are "at lunch". So I was had to leave the doctors results with no answers and no prospects for a future call back. I left ANOTHER message with Waters Edge and at the end of the day NOTHING WAS DONE. This is HIGHLY unprofessional for a practice of this caliber. Not only are you wasting my money for tests that i can't even get answers to but you are more importantly wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this practice, there are plenty other offices in the Delray/Boca area with much more professionalism that won't result in you wasting hundreds of dollars and multiple hours of your time. I randomly searched for a Dermatology office near by home and found this place. Of course, I was scared. I wasn't sure if this doctor was going to be helpful.. I was so nervous walking in but to my surprise this was a great doctor! They are located in a new building near Military and Linton. Less than 5mins from my place. Perfect location. The office is really nice and the ladies upfront are very welcoming. My appointment was at 3:30pm and I arrived at 3:15. I filled out my paper work and I was called in right away. First, I met with Dr. M. Elias assistant. She was very outgoing and informative. She made me feel very comfortable. Then a few minutes late Dr. Elias walked in. He was very informative regarding my visit. He gave me great advice and answered all my questions. It was all straight to the point. I am very satisfied with my visit here. I felt right at home. I suffer from severe Melasma ,which is a hyperpigmentation issue that has progressively gotten worse as a I've gotten older. My mom who's 82,went to see Physician Assistant Beth Mitchell thought her to be very personable. The office is gorgeous, but in a depressing strip mall. After filling all my docs out online a few days ago I was seen promptly this morning ,to a very attentive staff. I was astounded by the incredible level of customer service from everyone I met. I had an in-depth conversation with Beth. She was very personable and empathetic to my situation and quickly cut me 2 prescriptions . Since I could t find the Wellington office on yelp I'll review here. I've been seeing Dr. Spock for my acne scars for a while now. I only remember the good experiences I've had with him and his nurses. They were always super nice and they would always start a conversation with you(which is nice since I'm very quiet), and the doctor never pressured me into spending big money, it was always my choice which procedure I wanted. I also like how Dr. Spock actually knows how to perform many acne scar treatments other than the common lasers and fillers, which is rare nowadays. read more

Disappointing experience... I really regret going. Although the staff was kind and friendly, the doctor I saw was not. What especially irritated me was that when I pointed out a wart on my ankle, the doctor froze it off without notifying me that there would be a significant charge... If I had been given the option/notice of the $125 charge for freezing one wart, I would have declined and gotten a self-use kit from Walgreens for $20... I brought this up as I was leaving and learning of the charge for the first time, and the doctor would not even speak with me as I waited to pay the $225 for a basic skin check and one wart to be treated (AND I HAVE INSURANCE)...
