I've used the service for about three years and they had another period about a year ago where they missed two deliveries, meaning I went without water for over months. On this most recent series of missed deliveries, I called after the first missed delivery in late April and they said I would have the missed delivery on the next regularly scheduled delivery date of May 4. That day went by and after two weeks, I was hoping they would make the next schedule delivery on May 19, but it was also missed. It has been six weeks since my last delivery and no telling when my next one will arrive. They are going through their second acquisition over the past few years, with each one being more disruptive on deliveries. I plan to search for a more dependable provider, or do without a water delivery service. Review update: it just keeps getting worse. I went online today and my account now says my next delivery will be June 4, thereby missing the scheduled May 19 delivery by another two weeks and totaling three missed bi-weekly deliveries. I searched their site for a means to send correspondence directly to them since I could not get them on the phone, but the site is not very accommodating for communication. The chat directs you to preset choices that don't appear to allow for a narrative comment. I don't have an endless amount of time to keep searching for how you can direct comments to Primo Brands and am better off finding a more customer friendly provider.

It is only 25 cents a gallon. The sign says 20 cents for members. So, I assume you can't get that price because the store is not open. But don't get mad to tell Yelp they're closed. Like the first tip said in 2015. The water is delicious. Normally, I stay away from water vending machine. But all the blue vending machines around here (The Home Depot and H-E-B) are all dried up or unplugged. This Crystal Pure Water is like oasis to me. What else can you get for 25 cents these days?
