Everything is well kept and maintained. The rules are enforced to keep a quiet, safe, relaxing place to live. The residents are friendly. My favorite part, though, is the staff. They are warm, friendly, helpful, and engaging. They quickly respond to concerns and the needs of the residents. In particular, I am most impressed with Heather, the community manager, and Jennifer, the assistant community manager. They make my day, every time I have the privilege to interact with them. They are everything that GCI could hope to have representing the brand and managing GCI properties, for years to come. These two, in particular, are amazing! -Ryan

Other residents are respectful, and there are no issues or fights with anyone that she knows off. I cam for the first time on a Saturday to enjoy the pool. Has a section for small kids to be able to stand up and play in. Different little spots for you to go explore and venture in. It wasn't crowded and had plenty of room to swim in the pool. They have 2 grill areas and tvs around the area. They have corn hole to play at and a little grassy area. Bathrooms are super clean and easy to locate within the pool area. Def will be back. Loved the ambiance.

Trevi Village Blvd is one of the worst places I've ever lived. The property sits right next to a…read morewater waste plant that gives off strong odors and releases air pollutants that may be harmful to residents' health. There have also been concerns about the water quality, including reports of E. coli contamination -- which is unacceptable for a residential community. The management team has a long history of dishonesty and lack of accountability. They often try to twist residents' words or claim you agreed to things you didn't. They breach lease agreements and rely on tenants not knowing their legal rights. Be cautious when dealing with management -- they will say whatever benefits them rather than address legitimate issues. Maintenance is no better. Work orders are neglected, and when you press for answers, they may turn it around and make false statements instead of fixing the problem. Even more concerning, there are major safety issues on the property. Some residents reportedly have serious criminal backgrounds, including violent offenses, and management appears to overlook this. The overall environment feels unsafe and poorly supervised. If you care about your health, safety, and fair treatment, avoid Trevi Village Blvd at all costs. There are far better options in Mecklenburg County that won't risk your well-being or your peace of mind. When I finished suing these slum lords I'll post every video

He always responds quickly and makes sure you are happy as a resident. Ground Keeping - Stacy was also amazing! He too was attentive and always made sure you were comfortable and lacking nothing. The turnaround time for maintenance requests was so fast! (Also deserves a raise!) The woman who kept the insides of the building/lobby (so sorry I can't believe I'm not remembering her name) is one of the kindest women I have met. We always had a quick chat and was so pleasant. I have lived at Camden Cotton Mills for two years. Overall this place is a very nice place to…read morelive. Objectively, I would give this place four out of five stars. The reason I am moving is 1. This property is way too expensive in my opinion for Charlotte and 2. The noise has gotten out of control. I live on the ground floor (second level) and the noise is terrible. I hardly ever get a good night sleep on Wednesday & Thursday nights due to drunk people coming in between the hours of midnight and three in the morning yelling, slamming doors, playing music and screaming at the top of their lungs. Camden just put a game room in on the second floor. This is a really nice amenity to have, but I feel it adds to the noise during the week after 10 PM. I call the courtesy officer (CMPD officer that lives on the property) a couple times a month due to the noise. It is nice to have the officer on the property for peace of mind, however by the time he shows up, the people that are causing the noise have usually left. Office staff is great! You won't find friendlier more attentive people than the staff at Camden Cotton Mills. All the residents are very friendly for the most part. There are pool parties in the summer which are a blast and they even have free personal training sessions during the week which is pretty cool. My advice if you are going to live here and want to pay the inflated cost associated with living here, DO NOT LIVE ON THE GROUND FLOOR. It is not worth it due to the noise. I am a young professional that works in Uptown Charlotte. Sleep is very precious to me. If you live on the ground floor and probably the terrace floor (floor 7) you will probably be woken up Wednesday and Thursday night due to the noise. Over my period of two years living here, this place has turned into more of an upscale frat house / college dorm.

After living at CCM for about a year now, I have been disappointed with the various "amenities"…read morethat they have posted on their website. From both elevators being down for several months to broken parking entrances being left open, in-turn causing various security issues. I won't even start to mention the outrageous trash valet/additional cost for removal fees. There are a couple of pros including the Uptown views and the exposed ductwork at least. I understand that this is an old building and things break but the management has to be better with taking care of the building and alerting residence when these problems occur. We pay a premium to live in Uptown, but the value and service is just not in line with any other neighboring apartment complex.
